A++ hotel. Everything was outstanding.

If you are looking for an affordable option for your Disney Adventure, I can't recommend this hotel enough. It is clean, and friendly and the kids loved being there. We had the 2 queen beds/bunk room and it comfortably fit all 7 of us. The breakfast bar was well stocked and had plenty of choice to satisfy everyones preference. We will stay here again on our next Disney adventure.

Fantastic stay. Breakfast was very good. Check in was a breeze and the chap was very polite and extremely helpful.

This was such a pleasant surprise!! The staff here is amazing!! It’s rare to have anyone in customer service go out of there way anymore- but EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE constantly went above and beyond for everyone in our group! And the breakfasts were AMAZING!!! We didn’t even want to go out and looked forward to each morning we were here!!

Staff was so friendly and helpful! We loved the location and were able to walk to Disney multiple times throughout our stay in approximately 10-15 minutes. Breakfast was good with a lot of options and we loved the weekday happy hour!

The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was decent. The walls are thin, so you can hear noise from neighboring rooms and above. Parking is convenient.

We were pleased with our room and how spacious it was. Very clean and easy to rest after a long day at Disneyland. We will stay here again.

Parking could be improved for those checking in later. We paid for 2 cars to park and had to get permission to park in front.

Jafo at the front desk was a gem! She was kind, informative, and had great local tips!

The breakfast is amazing, and it’s 4 minutes away from Disneyland. It’s a great place!

It was a nice room and surrounding area. The front desk was not great. The younger guys were very rude. Nothing was explained so we missed out on the evening reception. We were also told we would be notified when room was ready but we weren’t. I had to reach out well after 4pm to see if it was ready. There was one lady who helped us (name started with an L) she was excellent and very sweet. Kid working complained of being tired but come on. We are all tired. You still need to be polite and do your job. Overall- would stay again. Word of advice- EXPLAIN EVERYTHING!

The fully equipped kitchen was a nice bonus and the ample daily breakfast!

Very accessible to Disneyland. Not too close and not too far. Will stay here again for sure and will recommend it to all my family and friends.

rooms arw very noosy due to freeways room service is every other day and very slow after multiple calls for service then they send house keeper

Very friendly staff. Un kept rooms not all i am assuming but ours was.

Breakfast was great.

The manager (Lafo) went above and beyond our expectations to help us with a little issue we had. High 5 for her. Overall pretty quite place as its so close to the highway couldn't hear any noise. Close to the park and ride and friendly staff.

We really enjoyed our stay here for five nights. It is about 12 minutes easy walk to Disney. The family room with a sofa bed and bunk beds along with the king size bed was perfect for our family of 4 with teenagers allowing a little room to spread out. The pool was lovely and laundry facilities handy and easy to use. The kitchen in the room was a great added bonus for snacks and drinks. This hotel had everything we needed for a happy and comfortable stay. We will stay here again if we return to Disneyland!

The staff were very friendly, smiling and very much willing to help. The breakfast was amazing, we stayed there for 7 nights, can’t complain with anything.

I can honestly say this was the best hotel we have stayed at! The staff were so accommodating, Joshua, the Manager was so helpful and the other staff were always warm and welcoming. It’s a short walk to the parks, and there are dining options nearby. Garden Walk looks to be up and coming, and is about 5 mins away Breakfast, which is included; has different options daily, and caters for everyone, having veggie and gluten free options. They even have almond milk! The pool isn’t too big, but was adequate. They also have a reception weekday eve’s ( not Friday) when they provide wine, beer, soft drinks with bread, cheese and olives from 5-7 So, would highly recommend, and look forward to returning soon!

Hands down one of our families favourite stays in the Anaheim area to date ! The front desk staff were super friendly and very helpful with any questions we had ( wish I got their names to give them a shoutout , we had wonderful service right when we walked through the door and for our entire week stay , in fact every hotel staff we encountered were so friendly ! Great breakfast offered every morning with a good variety of options for everyone and there was coffee and tea available 24/7 in the lobby. A nice short walk to Disneyland approx 10 minutes. Close to shopping Avis rental car just down the street if needed and plenty of restaurants in all directions! We will definitely be back again to stay at the Element . The housekeeping came every second day which was great and the rooms were clean and smelled fresh ! Loved this hotel and would recommend it to all our friends! 10/10

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very clean, breakfast was great! The happy hour from 5-7 was a nice touch. The staff was great and informative. The pool is small and has waaayyyy too much chlorine it dried us out badly. Would definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately, the shampoo and body wash ran out midway through the session.

The room was super clean, functional, and well-designed. The staff was so nice and helpful! Breakfast was delicious. However, some laundry machines were dirty and out of order and needed to be cleaned and fixed.

The pool could be better.
