I thought the Best Western was excellent. I was disappointed that by booking thru Hotels.com I could not have the breakfast buffet without additional costs.

Stayed here many time booking thru hotels.com, and now they don’t offer free breakfast. Highly disappointed for the amount of money spent not to be offered this.

It was ok. I find it interesting that they have a policy for third party bookings as far as their “free” breakfast is concerned. You only get a free breakfast if you book directly through the hotel. I still paid almost full price for my stay (over $300/night) yet I need to pay $14 per person for breakfast… we won’t stay here again.

Room was spacious, clean and new. The made to order omelet station went above and beyond. Only critique was the breakfast room doesn't allow for enough guests to sit and eat given the size of the hotel. But overall, excellent stay!

We were impressed with the hotel - its condition, decor, room size, and breakfast . Great to have a made-to-order omelet! Also impressed with the dog area, complete with benches in a large space.

I have stayed there many times, including just 2 months ago, and breakfast has always been included. Suddenly, when we stayed there this past weekend, they were charging an extra $14/day/person for breakfast. There was no notice on their website or on Expedia of this significant change, nor were we informed of this change when we checked in. Courtesy to their guests would entail letting us know of this change, which then added $28/day to our hotel costs, at the very least when we checked in. The lack of communication of this key information was in very bad taste. Many other guests we spoke to in the elevators felt the same way. Very disappointing.
Also their mattresses and pillows are way too soft and need to be improved.

Overall stay was good, the bathroom was a bit small for a King Suite (which I paid an extra fee for the upgrade) the shower also had some mold or something. I didn’t make a fuss about it to the staff since we were only there a night as a staycation in the city. The ac unit did make noise all night but once your asleep you don’t notice.
The hotel was clean and fairly updated (it is a relatively new hotel so expected this) I did like there is an ice machine on each floor, most hotels we’ve stayed we’ve never ended up on a floor with an ice machine.
Overall not bad for the price, bed was comfortable and the room was spacious (aside from the bathroom). Would possibly stay again in the future.

Hotel very clean and easy access for handicapped. Staff provided hotel info sheet that provided improper menu items. Phone in room not working and had to go to Lobby to inquire about room service. All staff were very polite and helpful. Stay in room was very quiet.
