The location is good. The room is small but ok.There is free coffee and tea at all times.

Very convenient place when travelling individually as it is located just a 2-minute walk from the minibus station that serves for Selcuk (Ephesus) & Kusadasi Otogar bus station. Rooms are small&simple but comfy enough. Good value for money. A lovely set breakfast menu is included in the price which is a big plus! Tea&coffee available from a self service station 24h. Staff are polite & speak English. The owner is a very friendly man and speaks English&German. Thanks for everything&all the best for yr business(es)!

Good location, dirty rooms with no housekeeping, little bathroom with shower

Definitely one of the cleanness and comfortable place to stay.You can not find such a place in Kuşadası center with price value comparison.Some people complain about quantity of food at the breakfast well to be honest I didn't even expect a breakfast with this price I guess this is kind of generosity of the hotel.

I stayed here for a few days. It was pretty nice, but the maid never came to clean my room like was said in the description. Due to this, you’re left with no toilet paper which I’ve never experienced. Could have better blankets also. Only 18$ a night

Basic good location to centre of Kusadasi

if you're only intending to sleep in the hotel and nothing else, its a good value for money. Other than that, it's not as pictured, needs better cleaning, bathrooms aren't as pictured either and staff isn't friendly. The rooms smell too...but the location is convenient.

Where in the world could you get a hotel room for the night at such a low cost.We needed to catch an early bus to our next destination, this hotel was ideally place, as we did not want to spend money on a luxury hotel, what with an 7am check out we would not get our full value. This hotel had everything we needed. Clean, WiFi, good TV. Right in the heart of town and next to bus No.1 which takes you to the Central Bus Station.

Everything is perfect. Very good position. Clean room. The staff is very kind and polite.
