I would never stay at that place again it was very bad area and hotel was in very bad condition and insects and lizards in the room

We stayed overnight as we had an early flight in the morning.the man who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The room was like an apartment had everything uou needed and they have a dhuttle service to the airport. Akso xan ordef in from ftom nearby restaurants. Would recommend if you need to be near the airport.

Spacious room. Has living area and small kitchen. Very secure inside. Don’t reccomend for solo travellers. Also shower is a tap. Does the job. Need to pay for airport transfer. 400rupees for 5 min ride.
Are surrounding ok but wouldn’t reccomend for solo female travellers.

Enjoyed a delightful stay at this hotel for one day due to its proximity to the airport. Everything went smoothly and as planned.

Prompt and reliable service. The hotel is located slightly away from the airport but the shuttle service the hotel provides is prompt and smooth. I just had to call their number via WhatsApp and they asked me to walk to the pickup location. The airport has some issues with data service so WhatsApp may not work at the pickup area.
At the hote they gave us everything that was promised. I checked with them in advance via WhatsApp and they answered all my questions accurately and everything was as they explained.
They had a long menu of food options. All I had to do was call the same number via WhatsApp and food was delivered in plastic bags within minutes. Even the tea arrived in plastic bags. They have plates, cups and utensils in the room to eat the food so that wasn’t an issue.
Internet was pretty fast and very stable during my stay. Room quality and finishes are great. It’s not a luxury hotel so I didn’t expect anything fancy! yet I should note that nothing was broken and everything was well maintained.
Cannot think of anything to complain about. We asked for a spare soap bar and they delivered it in less than two minutes 😄
We stayed one night and it went uneventfully - as expected. Prices are very reasonable for the excellent service. Great value for money.

Nice little place that is mid-way between the airport and train station and just a short walk to the main road where you will find places to shop and eat. Hosts are wonderful and ready to attend to your needs like helping to book train tickets etc.

The service was outstanding. I am definitely staying here when I am in Kochi next time. Also it’s just a few minutes from the airport.

The hospitality and care offered to us was really good. The owner took care in making our stay as comfortable as possible. Such a cozy and friendly place close to the airport. The room had different teas, personal care products and other amenities to make this stay a home away from home. Thanks Jose and team!

Stay at Base9 was a very pleasant experience. Very good service and treatment from staff. They sent me a cab to the airport to pick me up and dropped me off after checkout. I would recommend this please for a short stay near the Kochin airport.

The room was huge, dining area with a separate bedroom and a comfy bed! After a hectic few weeks in India it was lovely and relaxing with a very hot shower! Perfect airport hotel. We went back after our time in Alleppey before our flight out of India. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Seemed like a great place, pretty clean, lots of room, even samples of local snacks. But one serious concern for light sleepers...Pretty close to train crossing and every ten minutes you can hear the whistle and rumble.
