We had a lovely stay here, a perfect place to land on arrival in Kenya. The staff were really kind and helpful and the food from the restaurant was delicious. Lovely views of the garden from our room.

The sheet wasn't clean, the food was cold . I booked online and given a cumulative discount of 15$ and pay at the premises. At the premises i was given a different price different from the online discount by expedia of 2072ksh but later the staffer was nice and agreed to give me a discount. But mostly on the kitchen side try to amend it

Our experience here was not the best, starting with how hard it is to find the hotel itself but also how surprisingly hard it is to do the check-in, the reception was not found and we had to go to the bar to find someone to check us in.
We arrived at 9 pm and the room wasn’t ready!!! We had to wait 30 mins when they gave us our room the floor was all wet from mapping.
We got into our room only not to sleep since they had people talking in the alley, horrible.
That wasn’t all, they had a problem with the water pump of whatever and only hot water was working, pardon me I mean boiling water. I couldn’t shower and I couldn’t barely sleep.
The only good thing about it was the apology of the manager next morning while we had a delicious and natural breakfast (included)
Be aware, we might have had bad luck

Im very sorey to say this but we see online is not what is onsite, first of all, there was no water in the washroom, its also unsafe in a way that someone kept knocking and trying to open my room in the middle of the night. Thanks

Looks nothing like the photos. The room is in a dilapidated condition. The filthy, stained toilet and the sink even brushing my teeth made me feel sick. Everything looked overused. It needs to be revamped. I had booked for 2 2-night stay but only stayed for one. I had to leave and didn't even ask for a refund as I wanted to leave. I would never go back there again.

I only stayed one night checked out all night loud music, very unfriendly staff at check, no hot water it was a nightmare never again i paid two for 2 nights just wanted out , no water even to wash never recommended to anyone.

We had a good time. The room was nice. The food was fantastic. We had the pork ribs and chicken which were fantastic.The prices are affordable. We are definitely going back again!

I have stayed at a few hotels in Nairobi but his one was good and not expensive at all. Staff was good and the room was nice and big. Had a great dinner from Chef Paul. Will come back again. Thank you so much.

Very poor place it’s not a hotel but a guest

The Red Buffalo house is a rundown bar with filthy rooms that they have taken good photos of to scam people. The grounds of the place look bad and the place feels unsecured with lots of people in the bar area. The bathroom of room was very tiny with a tiny sink that I could not use. To sum it all up, I woke up to a flooded room bse the bathroom roof leaks. There was no staff on site in the morning untill I had to leave to find another place to freshen up

I liked the presentation of the property. It looked very elegant and clean.
When I arrived there, the property was run down, no gardens and well groomed lawn as shown in the pictures. The inside was just as bad. Never got to see the room in fear of it being in the same condition as the rest if the oroperty. .

I stayed at Red Buffalo House hotel and it was generally a good experience. The hotel has an excellent location near Wilson Airport. Staff were friendly and bent over backwards to help. The breakfast and dinner was excellent and provided quite amazing value. I will stay here again when in Nairobi as the hotel provides almost unsurpassed value. Thank you Carol and Anne.

Nice Large room, bed is large and good work desk with WiFi and Netflix as well. The breakfast was very filling!

Their place is isn’t a hotel it’s base for chewing MIRRA no recaption at all I booked online I have tried several times in to the hotel nobody pick my call,please guys don’t ever go in this hotel….

Worst hotel ever, it took us more than 2 hrs to locate the hotel as in google map its at a different location.
The worst part, 100's of mosquitos in the room, no fan, no mosquito nets. We checked out at 3am and looked for another hotel. Fortunately we got one.
I completely do not recommend anyone, especially who is very sleepy and needs rest.
