I paid in advance for a three night stay in a private apartment. When I arrived I was informed that I had paid for a shared apartment with two other occupants. Therefore, after 12am I had to look for alternate accommodation. I requested a refund from Hotels.com and I still have not received a response.

I honestly felt at home.Definitely my go to place.

Erica Residences was a great fit for our family for the budget that we had. It is an 8-story apartment building with a reception office on the 3rd floor. Someone from reception reached out to us prior to our arrival and gave us clear instructions for checking in which was especially helpful as we arrived in the middle of the night. The next morning, reception checked in on us to make sure everything was okay. We had a broken coffee pot and a light out in the bathroom and they replaced both within a few hours. The 4-bedroom deluxe apartment is technically a 3-bedroom apartment with an additional studio attached through the outside balcony. We weren't aware of this ahead of time, but it worked well for our family since our parents were traveling with us. It gave them a bit of their own space and yet still fully connected to our apartment. The apartment was well labeled in Google Maps so it was easy for us to get Ubers to get around town. There is a small grocery store/pharmacy within a 5 minute walk where we were able to get bread, eggs, milk, chips, a few fresh produce, and ice cream. Erica Residences has its own housekeeping staff that came in and changed linens and cleaned twice during our week long stay. Overall, it was a really great property. *The only reason I gave it a 4 for property condition was that some of the cabinets are starting to take some wear and tear (loose or missing handles or a broken shelf).

The location is awesome, quiet and the property is as it appears on the photos. The studio was very clean and also has Netflix. Sheila the house Keeper and Hilda were very helpful and friendly.I recommend this place to anyone visiting Kenya and I will definitely come back again.

No reception or info regarding key to the apartment. Very bad standard in the apartment. A tiny room, not a studio apartment!! Very dirty. No towels, no toilet paper. Shared balcony with access to room from others. Very bad.

I was in Apartment 7C. The space definitely offered me the homely feeling I was looking for and the decor was also well done. The staff I encountered during my stay were pleasant and respectful.
