Good clean hotel , no view, good breakfast, no hall at the reception

We were happy our rooms were ready when we arrived before the official check-in time (after a long flight). We were also pleasantly surprised with the upgraded rooms we received. The rooms were quite large and comfortable. The hotel staff were also very friendly, and helpful. The hotel is well-located and walkable to the main tourist attractions and shopping.

Other than the fact that both elevators were super small non standard and had issues (delays in going up/down and door sensor problem) we enjoyed our stay.

Location is perfect but parking has alot of noise. Staff is really helpful 10/10.
I am not sure the source (probably the drains) sometime there is a really bad smell in the room.

Allowed us in our room a few minutes early.
Wonderful soaker tub.
Up to date electronic outlets and lighting.
Very nice breakfast.
Convenient location.
Cons:
Strange swing in room.
Had some water leaking from room above.
Had some dried blood on our sheets.

Most of the front line staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Ms Tattans (not sure if I got her name right). Apart from one male Frontline staff, everyone else made me feel welcomed and at home. Thanks everyone and see you again soon. :)

The location is great to access the Duomo and other sites and is also close to many restaurants. All walkable. Staff were friendly and helpfull.

The hotel and the location is superb, we were a bit unlucky that during our stay they renovated the garage under the hotel. The noise was awful . But the hotel and staff is great

We will for sure be back the next time we are in Milan! We were celebrating my fiancé’s 40th birthday and the hotel met all of our expectations and beyond. The room is very unique with the spa theme and matches the pictures on the website exactly. All of the staff was very friendly. The location is perfect to walk to shopping, restaurants and the Duomo. I would give the hotel a 10/10.

Very upscale little corner hotel in the heart of the city. Staff was amazing, Antonio gave us great suggestions for dinner spots, all of the staff were very friendly. Room is modern, spacious and comfortable. Will definitely return! Located blocks from the Duomo & great shopping. Parking on-site

This is a perfect place to stay in Milan. The hotel is modern and the room was very clean and new. It is located a 2 minute walk from the Duomo.

Very nice room, clean and quite well equipped. The in-room Jacuzzi and sauna were great, the shower is huge, but with some slight issues if you want to avoid the big shower-head.
Reception people were helpful and very nice.
Overall a good place with a modern vibe, near Duomo.
