The staff was amazing—super nice folks. The room was a bit musty and had a slight cigarette smell, so I would give this a 4 out of 5. Happy with the stay overall.

Hotel is super clean and convenient to restaurants and shops. Best part is how close it is to ameris amphitheatre. It's 4 minutes from the parking lot.

I would recommend anybody staying in the Alpharetta/Roswell area in Georgia, the SpringHill suites by Marriott,. Comfortable room everything was clean and neat. We took a handicap room because of my handicap and it was really great. Awesome breakfast, really nice front desk personnel. You are also centrally located to everything.

This hotel was great! We went to a concert at the America amphitheater which was in walking distance. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was spacious. The breakfast was also delicious. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel site said it was a balcony room. We didn’t have a balcony. Also, the cost was more than $50/night too high. We weren’t staying near a beach, or special venue to justify the high rate. Too expensive!

Very friendly person who checked us in. Check in was very easy and room was great! Beds are VERY comfortable and we had plenty of towels and necessities. All rooms are suites and really nice. Weve stayed at other Springhill Suites by Marriott and all have been wonderful. We left early in the mor ing, so we didnt have breakfast and can't speak to that. The only downside to this particular hotel, is the particular night we stayed all rooms were reserved and the parking area is not large enough to accommodate all vehicles. Cars were parked everywhere on the property.

The hotel and the staff were very nice; however, I was charged for a room with a balcony and this hotel does not have any balcony rooms. I was refused a refund for the rate difference between a regular room and a balcony room which was approximately $150. The hotel blamed Expedia and Expedia blamed the hotel. Beware when booking a room for this hotel -- NO BALCONY ROOMS are availab.e

The check in experience was nueteral. The check-out experience was better. One thing that needs be corrected ASAP is the amount of outlets to charge things in. One side of the bed was fine, the other side had none! The bathroom had a vent but it was not working. There is a lot of water that gets into the floor from the shower. All of these problems are from room 221.The Breakfast was Average as was the person in charge of it. Every Breakfast station should have a Microwave for heating up breakfast food. The bed was comfortable and the room was comfortable. The price was reasonable. We might or might not stay here again based on the things I mentioned that needs correcting.

everything was very nice really liked the room arrangement except for one thing and that is the bed near the ac unit was so close to the air blowing and it was very drying of throat and sinus...all else was really good

We made a quick trip to Alpharetta for a concert and had a wonderful stay. Everyone was friendly, the rooms were very nice and the grounds were very well kept. We would absolutely stay here again!!
