Dreadful, put on the 8th floor for 2 nights with parties on the 9th floor. First night was bearable, second night we had to pack up and move rooms at half 12 due to the noise and bass. Lights and glasses literally shaking. Rude and obnoxious staff.

A beautiful hotel. Very friendly and welcoming reception. The room was top notch. Very clean and lovely decor. We even had a bath in the room! Nice treats in the Smeg fridge. We would definitely visit again. Highly recommended.

Lovely city centre hotel with reduced cost parking available nearby . We were impressed by the welcome when we arrived and the room was really nice with tea and coffee facilities and complimentary water in the fridge . Breakfast was also delicious . Recommended

The room was comfortable and clean but there was a connecting door to the room to the left and so there was a lot of noise from there which woke me and kept me awake. If you get such a room, ask to swap. The food was nice but I don’t appreciate the service charge that is added to the bill. However the hotel is easy to reach from the station, the breakfast is nice and the staff friendly.

Apart from one surly female receptionist the staff were lovely. Great to have so many food options on the doorstep, easy walk into town with shops and more bars and restaurants.

No parking arrangement!. Disappointed.

Had a nice weekend in Manchester staying here in a very nice standard room. Service is very good, a few nice free treats stocked in the room.

2nd visit and was nice, only snag was no cooked breakfast on my first morning. No discount at checkout.

I stayed for 1 night with my 11 year old niece - we went to the theatre and shopping. Ideal location for both - had a meal in the bar which was lovely. All the staff were friendly -will definitely visit again

Was a great stay, lovely comfortable room and nice styling. Only a 4 overall as there were a few little things that needed attention in the room (eg. Flooring outside the bathroom needs replacing), but overall a great room

Check in was fast and had friendly reception staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Great bathroom with powerful shower and nice shower products to use.

Wonderfull hotel in the city centre

The drains had an issue and it was extremely smelly on checking out. It meant could not enjoy a breakfast or work/sit downstairs A tile was faulty in my shower room and the shower leaked The Nespresso machine was faulty and leaked an entire tub of water all over my belongings and side and when I used a towel to clean it the floor and side was filthy The staff were lovely though

It was lovely and modern and comfortable

Not great…had to wait for the receptionists to end their personal conversation before acknowledging me to check in. Stayed for one night booked this one as looked nice and thought would be a good experience. Had a very early start in the morning but was kept up until after midnight with thumping music from an ‘event’ that was taking place on the 9th floor (I was on the 7th and could hear clearly the songs and music) was not made aware of the event once or would have asked for a different floor or possibly not even booked at all given my early start. You can imagine how crazy loud it was if it was keeping me up in my room 2 floors below! Also reception would not answer the phone during me stay before this even happened would just ring out so couldn’t speak to anyone. Overall bad experience and so not worth the money, so disappointing for a hotel at this price!
