Decided to go to Glasgow for a drinking night with the wife. And decided to book this hotel for the night. As trains stop at midnight for us and it would be cheaper to stay than get a taxi home.

Hotel location was good, hotel building was modern and clean. The price of the hotel was not worth it as there was no kettle or tea/coffee facilities in the room. Never stayed in a hotel where theres no tea/coffee set up in the room.

Terrible, no windows very small room. Very uncomfortable if you’re not a couple as there’s no separate bathroom it’s just 1 room and when you step out of the shower the other person can see you. Unless they go outside to wait. There was no air

From start to finish the staff were excellent. I arrived early and as agreed they took my case for safe keeping until check in. The room was warm and clean. The only thing missing was a kettle, but apart from that, no complaints.

Lovely couple of days away. Room was compact but comfortable. Food and drink excellent. Looking forward to another stay and hopefully will have the chance to have a game of bowling.

We were put in an accessible room, maybe due to the hotel being busy but the room is designed for a wheelchair so everything was low down. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever lay on. I didn’t sleep at all, I won’t stay again based on that.

Amazing hotel for a quick city break. Hassle free check in and out. Has a gym. Is quiet but in the city centre. Loved it, did exactly what I needed and will definitely stay again.

Room was freezing! No adjustment to the a/c control made any difference. Took 5 minutes to close all the sash windows. Shower head leaking, door didn't close properly, so flooded bathroom as a result. No bathroom bin, no toilet brush.
Breakfast egg was liquid mix, proudly shown to us by the chef, so no option for boiled or fried egg.

Wi-Fi was down in the hotel, was given zero compensation and the tvs in the room didn’t work. Was told by staff they are unable to do anything about this and was given an email to send to instead.
Vega upstairs was a shambles booked bowling for 2 games to be told we could only play 1.

This property was very nice. The room was getting a bit tired though, some trim was hanging off the wall as were some of the blind pulls. Also, there weren’t any coffee or tea making facilities in the room which was odd and frustrating.
