Great place to stay. Very clean. Friendly. Quoet location. New.

The stay was great, and the front desk clerk was great too. But there was one thing that I didn't like was that the tub had hair in the drain area of the tub that was got out by housekeeper but other than that it was nice there.

Love Tru hotels and this did not disappoint. Tru hotels are pared down hotels that remind me of european hostels. No frills but that's what I love, just a bed a bathroom and TV but everything is fresh, modern and clean.

It is good but in morning I got some bad smell like Westwater. There wasn’t any microwave in the room.

Decoration and design

Room was clean; however toilet seal was coming loose. Whole toilet moved when trying to use it.

Room was clean the whole in ceiling around sprinkler was stuffed with tissue(forgot to take photos) the TV stop working/great sound no picture, screen went black. The bathroom door, to open it up i had to put my weight on it ,same thing to close it, it was dragging the floor. I love animals dont get me wrong but i dont let my dog in my bed and dont want to sleep behind one ..I HAVE 2 LEGS NOT 4. My dog is not a human and I will never consider him one..what if i'm allergic..TAKE THE ANIMALS ELSWHERE..animal hair all over chairs rug and mats..

My stay was very pleasant. The staff was patient and professional.

Nothing good

The breakfast could be better. The yogurt was made with corn syrup and the eggs were not good. Could have offered bananas. But I did like the pool table in the lobby.

Wonderful hotel. Situated perfectly to both enjoy West Memphis and get a very quit night’s sleep. Across the highway from the Southland Casino and within a short driving distance to Graceland. Traveling with a pet isn’t easy but this hotel is perfect. It was immaculate and no nasty carpet! The beds were amazing and the breakfast was buffet style with hot items to include, omelettes, sausage and hard boiled eggs. All the continental items were also present for lighter fare. The designated walking area was right outside the back door entrance with a security fence skirting the property. The pet area was well maintained and exceptionally clean. Dont let the plain appearance fool you; this is a great hotel with good value for your money.

Amazing hotel. Child friendly as Southland Casino Hotel is adult-only. TRU has games, a pool and a pool table. Didn't wake up in time for breakfast but the picky eaters in my group declared it good. Comfortable bed. Blackout shades came in handy due to a storm that night. Very well soundproofed against the storm and Interstate traffic.

I had to drive thru a neighborhood to get to hotel which was sketchy overall the Hotel was pleasant

The hairdryer had gummy bears stuck to it in the bag. Means attention to details is not a priority. Bodywash bottle in the shower was empty upon arriving. Found nail clipping on the floor by the bed. The pillows were flat and lifeless0

Every thing was good. I did not like the one way in with the parking lot.

Ive stayed here 2 or 3 times and the service and cleanliness was consistent both times. Its a fun hotel, great amenities, good rates.

Nice & clean

The Tru motel is just off IH-40 in West Memphis and only a short drive from downtown, the Peabody ducks, Beale Street, and all the sights. The receptionists are very nice, and there's a good selection of pricey snacks available. The coffee is delicious, and the morning breakfast is continental-type offerings. They didn't change my for my two, small, well-mannered house dogs, and I thought that was as notable as it was terrific. The only thing I wish the room had was a coffeemaker, but it was extremely clean and well appointed.

Everything is new & clean! Easy on & off highway entrance

Understaffed, we couldn’t check in until 4:30. Staff did give apologies and were polite, but when we finally got to the room the tv didn’t work and we had to wait another 35 min. Breakfast was underwhelming. Pancake machine didn’t work🙁

First visit to a TRU. It was a bit to basic for my friend and I. We will go back to other Hilton brands.

Property was nice. Staff was great. Area around property was straight ghetto. Definitely prepare to walk to your car armed.

While this is a new hotel and many things are status quo for Hilton this hotel misses on a few points. No ice buckets in room and those provided by the ice machines ( on every other floor) have no lid. The TV does not move or swivel so you have to watch from between the queen beds. The desk chair is so low it is difficult to get up from if you are older than 25! While there is a grab bar in the shower it has no anti slip grip to it and is slippery. Also, without a shelf in the shower there is no place to put your own products. While I applaud the idea of no carpet and the floors look nice - they are filthy! My feet were black after walking around barefoot in the room!! Someone needs to add mopping to the daily cleaning schedule. This is a relatively new hotel and while I would stay here again I am a little disappointed.
