A home away from home. Spectacularly rooftop views and cocktails, very comfortable linens and the apartment style hotel really allows a frequent traveler to feel settled in at home, without being home. Highly recommend.

Rooftop pool says it all! Wonderful mezcal drinks at the bar while you watch the sunset. Comfortable room and balcony with seaside view. Could be more accomodating with late checkouts in rare cases like flight delays or cancellations.

This property is so beautiful. We stayed at an ocean front view it was perfect. We enjoyed our breakfast every morning while enjoying the gorgeous view. The apartment had everything we needed. The staff is incredibly friendly starting with the bellman Ramon, he was so attentive. The checkin ladies were so sweet and informative. Security was always there and really nice, made me feel safe. Our waiter Edgar at the rooftop pool and restaurant/bar was the kindest and have us great recommendations. The guys who work the cart which takes you down or up the hill we're the friendliest as well. The location is so convenient everything was so close. Loved the property and everything about it. One minor complaint was the noise of furniture being moved around at 8am, since there's no carpeting you can hear everything.

The location was excellent. Dozens of wonderful restaurants and things to see close by. The apartment had all the amenities we wanted and more! Washer & dryer, full kitchen with cooking supplies, balcony with fan, great AC, and a wonderful pool. Bed was soft enough for me and firm enough for my hubby. Happy hour was an excellent treat too! Many tasty cocktails for excellent price. Will stay here again for sure!

The staff at this hotel were great. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, inviting, and fun. My husband and I would stay here again if we ever find ourselves in PV again. So peaceful.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. We love the Adult only concept. Very Gay Friendly. The hotel is located in the Zona Romantica which is the Center of it all. The staff is amazing all the time. Friendly , respectful , attentive , quick reaction to needs. The infinity pool is one of the best for lounging and watching the Sunset. The restaurant staff is So Amazing and Wonderful. Love this team. From the moment you walk in the pool area the restaurant staff is there for all your needs with Drinks and Food. Major Shoutout to Diego who does a great job of running the team. Cecy she is incredibly wonderful , kind , fun , engaging and a beautiful person. Issac always checking up with us to ensure we were doing great. Renato and Elio were also extremely attentive. Ace team of PV. We will be back again... Thank you all.

The staff is hit or miss, some are friendly and others couldn't care less. The happy hour that they promote is only good for a very limited menu and the rest of the time the drinks at the pool are shockingly expensive. For example 60 pesos for a 500ml bottle of water and 250 pesos for a cocktail. Hotel was clean and the pool is great.

Great stay as always. I wasn’t granted an early check in. Although there are incredible amenities you have access to while you wait. Very centrally located. Very safe! With beautiful views.

Pool passes for the day for guests were exhorbanent and rediculous considering we spent a month there in a room that overlooked the trolly.

We stayed here for the weekend March 8-10 2024
The rooms are great lots of space and so nice to have a kitchen plus full balcony. The check-in was super easy and everyone was very helpful. The pool is beautiful when it gets a bit windy up there similar to other rooftop pools. The plus side is you always have sun up there so the wind didn’t bother me. Staff at rooftop pool are helpful and the music was easy-going. The only downside to this day was the bed was really uncomfortable but the service staff did everything they could to try and improve the frame while we were staying there.
I would definitely stay here again, but only if I plan to buy groceries and use the kitchen/dining space more. if you plan to eat out and be out and about all day, then it’s way overpriced but if you’re going to stay in the hotel room it’s awesome.

The room was nice and housekeeping was very good. However, room PB1 has a horrible view. Website stated resort view, but our view was the trash truck and gasoline delivery truck along with numerous workers right outside of our balcony which is basically at street level across from the parking garage. Not remotely enjoyable for sitting outside.

Great location! Stunning views. My upgrade status was not recognized. Also had to wait until exactly 3pm to check in. There’s some construction, and you can hear plumbing and neighbors very clearly in units. But the rooftop is a blessing.

My only concern was being put in the room directly where the pool was being remodel across the street. Other than the noise, it was a great experience and the room was very tidy. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at.

My Husband and I had a wonder time at Pinnacle. The room was very comfortable had everything you needed, bed was comfortable. Felt like home. Washer/dryer was amazing to have. I didn’t want to leave . It’s beautiful . Loved the roof top pool.
Everything is so close. Steps down to the center , coming back threw those steps was intense , it’s doable and it’s good for you. They also have a trolly . We used it once. All the staff was very helpful they were all great..
cleaning ppl, won’t go in your room if you leave things of value, like wallet, phones, watches jewelry. Be sure you put all that away. They have a safe.
Loved our view , sunsets were amazing.
Definitely will be back..

Power went out over night multiple times
My niece was dehydrated and could not walk, the front desk charged us a whole other room without any kind of compromise all because the room CAN NOT have any visitors outside of 2 people sleep there? So unreasonable and rude customer service. I would never recommend this place to anyone and will take my business else where

Second stay here; it's becoming a go-to for me. Modern, clean, well managed and great location. The funicular mostly solves the issue if being at the top of a hill, with so much to do right at the bottom of the ride down.

We love the Pinnacle and have stayed a few times. Best location and amazing views.
The only thing are the exterior railing heights and the step-down from in to out. A little hazardous.

Great experience. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. It’s in a very safe area. My husband and I stayed at Pennicle 179, which were condominiums overlooking the beach. There is always someone downstairs welcoming us and ensuring no one that isn’t supposed to be in the building be there, which made us feel more safe. Our unit had a small kitchen, a washer and dryer to do laundry inside, which was super convenient for us since we did book a lot of outdoor tours that got us really dirty. The walk to the beach is 5 minutes and there is a lot of choices. I would recommend this place.

The pinnacle is always a great place to stay. If there is one downfall, the staff in the morning forget folks are vacationing. Lots of yelling to one another and conversations right outside ur window. It’s minor but the stay would be better with a little more quit time

Good: great area, nice rooftop pool with amazing happy hour. Room is beautiful…but see below.
Bad: our room smelled so badly of mildew that I can’t give it a better rating. Water dripping beside the bed all night. Noise level from hallway was loud.
Maybe if we were in a different room it would have been a better experience.
