The hotel was better than expected. Our room was very clean, had everything we needed and the bed was really comfortable. Great location. With being right off I-10, I thought it would be loud but it was not. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything was good except we got the room next to the ice machine so it was pretty noisy.

Excellent accommodations as always! We always come to this hotel when we stay in Beaumont. The beds and pillows are so comfortable and its wonderful to be able to have a full kitchen as well. Breakfast is always delicious but you might want to get down stairs around 8:30 or so!

New building and very polite front desk people! Great condition and the price is so worth it even for a one night-er.

I have no complaint or no bad thoughts of this hotel. I was WOW though to see a kitchen in my room which I did not need but still very please to see one and to think if I ever do want to do an extended stay I would recommend to stay here again knowing they have a kitchen I can count on in a room. But overall of the room and the stay, two thumps up.

We travel alott. We normially stay at Holiday Inn in Beumount. Never again. Our stay was amazing and the facilities were on point. Down to the kitchenette. Great time and we will be back again.

This hotel is s nice hotel, it is still fsirly new. It is close enough to eating places and so forth. I'm not sure why hotels are designed to have rooms directly by the elevator, but they are not all that hreat with the amount of noise that comes by the room. Other than that, not a bad stay at all.

Room and premises were clean. Only issus we had were there was no ventilation fan in bathroom so we had to wait forever for thw mirror to defrost. The plug to the right of sink had to have had a short in it causing the hotel provided hair dryer to scream. My wife tried her blow dryer but the plugged caused hers to rev up and down when in use. Finally, the bathroom door came within a 1/16th of an inch to the toilet.(see picture)

To get to the property required driving thru major construction where the roads were not marked and were very unsafe driving at night. The staff were not at the front desk a majority of the time we were in the lobby waiting. Carpet and paint were very worn. Our room was clean and spacious but it was hot on the floor and our room wouldn't stay cool. We just stayed one night or would have changed hotels. Best part was breakfast variety but early hours and stopped at 9 a.m.

We did not realize but the room we got had a mini kitchenette. It did not say that in the description when we booked but it was very valuable to have that. The room was a little smaller because of the kitchenette but it served our purpose. We just needed a place to sleep and eat. Overall great choice.

Thisis an excellent high end property at a very reasnoble price. The lights in the kitchen did not work. Probably a bad switch.

It was a great stay it had everything in this room I never saw a full kitchen before!

Everything was a refreshment through the displacing from our home due to Beryl Hurricane, would only recommend that the vents in the restrooms actually work. Nothing that cant be managed with a little lysol but would be best if they work. And if the breakfast is announced to be 6:30 am through 9:30 am that breakfast doesn’t run out by 8:30 am. It happened on the last day of our stay, the other days it was all good.

Lost power in my home from Hurricane Beryl and stayed here 5 nights. My room was clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable with nice pillows and bedding. Surprised to find full size fridge, dishwasher and toaster in addition to glass cooktop, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need to cook. Breakfast provided every morning. Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel looked brand new. It was spotless. We liked having a mini kitchen in the room, with a Keurig coffee pot and good coffee. The hot breakfast was a treat.

Overall a great place to stay, EXCEPT for the graveyard shift lady. She's not friendly at all and speaks low when communicating with customers but has no voice issues when on her phone. Housekeeping is PHENOMENAL and fast! It can get kinda loud with some guests but it quickly gets quiet and back to normal.
