Old dirty rundown hotel. Very surprising for Holiday Inn. Breakfast was ok.

The front desk young man was so nice! The breakfast was good. The beds were super comfy!

The hotel front desk were very nice. Check in and out was easy. The parking is VERY limited and over flow goes to a sketchy feeling poorly lit parking garage. I would stay her again and just arrive earlier where my chances of parking are better.

Pros: excellent staff, close location to FSU, pool, breakfast was included.
Cons: 1st room had a broken door (we were moved immediately to a new room though), musty smell (if you are sensitive to mold this is not the place for you!), I would also say although the hotel was not dirty, it did need more attention to cleaning. Toilet was not clean, wrappers left from last guest and streaks of something on the bedcover.

Conveniently located to Florida State University. Comfortable bed and room. Pool was pleasant. Breakfast was decent and included hot food and protein. The best part of this hotel is its proximity to the campus. Used their washer and dryer, but had to use quarters. It would be great if guests can pay with Apple Pay or a card.

The breakfast was really good. The pool was relaxing. In our room, only one wall of outlets worked and there was no switch to turn anything on by the beds. The toilet gurgled every time the room on the other side flushed and shower leaked. The staff was super nice and helpful.

Nice, clean hotel. Was extremely noisy! Sounded like people jumping off the bed for hours. I really don’t like complaining about stuff, so we sucked it up for 3-4 hrs before I finally called the front desk. After I called I only heard them a couple more times. I really appreciated the staff handling the situation promptly.

The room that we stayed in was like an echo-chamber! An end unit that had doors on either side of the hall. Our neighbors rolled in after midnight with what sounded like 8 kids. They screamed and ran the hallway on/off for 2 hours. Terrible night! Also, the road noise which was right outside our window made it sound like we were on the acutal road. After traveling all day from SC, we needed rest and got NONE! We finally got up early as there was no power from the storm. We were surprised that there was no generator to at least have lights in order to shower.

Stayed for 1 night with my daughter for a dance clinic on the FSU campus. Didn't stay long enough to take advantage workout center, pool was closed for the time we were there. Area very walkable especially to the football stadium. Breakfast was nice.
