This hotel was a perfect location for people looking to be close to Division and Broadway. There is a lot to do and see near the hotel. The room was spacious and quiet. I would definitely stay here again. The Pool Club on the 14th floor is a must check out while you are there.

Hotel is very nice and rooms are great. Service needs an upgrade. Concierge said "I don't know that" to our questions and didn't go ask anyone else. Couldn't get breakfast. There was no one to seat us, another group of couples came in and said they went and found someone who said "sit anywhere and we'll come out" and we all did that for a long time and no one came, no menus, nothing. Had to go get a muffin at the breakfast bar and no one was even at front desk then. Later there was someone standing up there braiding her hair. We would have spent way more money if people were around to help and serve you.

Great place definitely would stay again quick drive to broadway. The pool and roof top is a must

The staff was amazing. Chad at Commons Club bar and the servers at the restaurant were great. The food was all really tasty and great prices. The room (King Chamber) was great. Only dislike of the hotel is the shower, its really uncomfortable and not well thought out.

I’ma platinum member with Expedia so upon check in they acknowledged that and automatically upgraded my rooms. The pool area on the roof top was really nice and had a great view. The staff were all very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

My stay was very pleasant. From the moment we arrived everyone was extremely kind and helpful. The facility was clean and quiet. The location was close enough to Broadway (5 minute Uber) but also walkable (if it wasn’t so hot). I’ll definitely stay here again for our future Nashville trips!

I cannot say nearly enough positive things about this hotel and the staff. First, hands down most comfortable bed I have slept in -and we travel often both in NA and Europe. If I can figure out to get one for home, I will be doing so. The rooms are immaculate and thoughtfully appointed. The entire hotel is immaculate. I am not really a pool person and perhaps that is the one feature that was good but not amazing. It is quite small and shallow-more suited for fun drinks whilst hanging out along the built in ledge rather than a proper swim but still a wonderful chill vibe. Otherwise the drinks menu was lovely and the loungers-although not numerous-were clean and comfortable. The restaurant breakfast sandwich was stellar and enormous. The coffee-the COFFEE!-is served in a bucket sized mug. I am a coffee lov-er so this suited me just fine.it was dark and rich and delicious. The staff have been nothing less than wonderful. Super professional-going above and beyond to ensure we were content. Erika, Jackson, Greg and everyone else that we encountered I wish to thank you so much. You made this trip extra for us and I deeply appreciate your kindness and care. I hope Virgin Hotels seriously values the wonderful folks that work at this location. I will be back soon and will of course stay here again. Thank you!!!!!

The hotel was Boutique with amenities like other hotels but focused on the details. Pool area was beautiful and we enjoyed every moment at The Virgin Hotel.
