Friendly and attentive staff. We enjoyed the room and the breakfast immensely. We dined for dinner as well and enjoyed a delicious dinner. Recommend this for anyone wishing to experience Vicksburg

Love the history of this place. Very interesting, convenient and comfortable. Ate at their restaurant which was a treat of its self. Definitely would stay again.

Expected more of a breakfast since the appeal was staying at a B&B over a hotel. Basically got hotel breakfast except missing more elements.

Great hosts and obviously hard working. Pleasant atmosphere for breakfast. Nice pool area. If you have a chance, take the tour of the mansion. Well worth your time. Restaurant is smaller than expected so reservations are encouraged. As with many historic places, work is never ending and some updates are completed or in progress.

Anchuca is a historic mansion managed by younger generations of native Vicksburg couple. It is well preserved and takes you back in time about 162 yrs.

Nice stay however be warned if you have pet allergies don't get a carriage room. As it's s popular place for travellers with pets.

It was great! We enjoyed meeting the owner and she even showed us around her bakery shop. The staff was nice and welcoming. It was a good location to walk to the hostoric downtown. We liked that they were dog friendly too.

this is a beautiful property, historical site, the owners are wonderful people, check in easy, the Wilson room, and the Davis room are spectacular!

Staff very welcoming and knowledgeable when asking about the area and what to do. Rooms very comfortable. Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant was amazing! Definitely recommend staying here. Includes a self tour around the Anchuca House.

Outstanding! We couldn’t have been more pleased with our accommodations. Beautiful mansion with a great history. Wonderful staff, especially Miss Lisa!
The breakfast was perfect. We chose to dine in the restaurant for dinner and we were so pleased with our choice. Good presentation and wonderful prepared.
We had chicken piccata and mahi with cheese grits.
An excellent experience and highly recommended.

This B&D was a charming antebellum. The surroundings gave a traditional 1800’s look and breakfast was wonderful and dinner was delicious. Service was terrific too.

The house from the outside looks really nice. However, I wouldn’t recommend to stay here:
- there was a kind of generator right behind our bed which kept us from sleeping
- one of the towels was dirty
- there was no parking space for us on the property so we had to park on the street
- we had to call a number in order to get our hotel room keys, the person on the other side didn’t know that we were coming, which was confusing
- you do not have any choice at breakfast - hard for vegetarians

We had a great time. The resturant was closed for dinner on Labor day and the day after. They did provide breakfast both mrnings. The bed was extremely firm in Eliza's king bed room. The mansion was very clean and had all modern conviences. I would recommend to any one that wanted to stay some where historic.

Close to downtown only thing good about this place. Staff seemed like we were bugging them. The room had no curtains so too much light comes in room could not sleep. Toilet chain broke on toilet

Loved this Inn! I'd definitely go back. Comfortable, spacious room and bathroom, refrigerator stocked with water and other cold drinks, clean room and grounds (well kept)

The property was very nice. it was a nice time period room and the cafe was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking is very limited and not enough room for the number of guests that drive to the property.

If you want to have that antebellum experience, this is the place. Located in Old Vicksburg, the house was surrounded by history and charm. We really enjoyed our stay at Anchuca as the facilities were very nice and the staff outstanding.

This historic home is beautiful. The room was lovely and the breakfast full and delicious. The grounds are well kept. We walked to the waterfront area and enjoyed the area. This was one of the nicest hotels/B&Bs we have stayed in.
