Nice place very good customer service

Had a corner room. Absolutely beautiful. Lots of amenities and well cleaned. We had a city view and so heard loud bar music until the wee hours, but earplugs and sound machine made it tolerable. Maybe not the side of hotel for a light sleeper.

Lobby is very loud and primary restaurant has limited options. Room was clean and comfortable

Our room was nice. I do wish the bed had a fitted sheet on it. Hotels don’t seem to be using those anymore. But the bed was super comfortable, and we loved the rooftop bar. Drinks and edamame were both excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

The parking lot was filled with water, causing it to drip into the cafeteria area.

Affordable luxury

Loved, loved, loved this unique and charming hotel in Fort Meyers. We scheduled a company get together there and the Luminary was not only perfect for our retreat (accommodating, reasonably priced, exceptional care) but was so centrally located that everything was walkable and we had a great time. Highly recommend!

The location of this hotel was superb. Scenic and also near awesome restaurants and shopping. The hotel itself was clean and quite quiet. Enjoyed a wonderful couple of days.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities were clean and well maintained. Ella Mae’s does a great breakfast and the Rooftop Bar was fun. Overall great experience, would definitely stay here again

Loved everything about the Luminary. The junior suite was clean and perfect and overlooking the river with a balcony to watch the sunset. Kitchenette had a large fridge, microwave and kuerig with all the fixings for your coffee. There was also dishes, glasses and silverware in the cabinets and a sink. Small sitting area with a tv, and a 2nd tv in the bedroom. Housekeeping was great too. Will definitely stay here again.

From check in til departure this hotel Is the best. Comfy beds, great location, and always the nicest staff

Beautiful hotel. Worst service. Told we could check in early, was called to say our room was ready when it wasn’t and didn’t check in until well after regular check in. Gate to exit garage was broken trapping many cars in the garage and we were told to call the City since they had jurisdiction over the parking garage. Call the City on a SATURDAY!! Not to mention the big Edison parade closed down all street around the hotel and left no access to the hotel other than by foot. The Luminary made no effort to create access to the hotel. They told us to park in a Pubkx parking lot a mile away. We walked 8 blocks to get to an Uber while our car sat stuck in the garage at $1/ hour all weekend. We had two rooms and paid a premium for them and we’ve never been so disappointed especially as Marriot Bonvoy members!
