We were at Q Square for four nights and really made ourselves at home. The studio room was sunny and pleasant and there was enough room for the two of us. It had a well equipped kitchen area, a great bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The washing machine was a real bonus.
While we were there it was quiet and the rooms are sound proofed. There was a roadworks project outside but they weren’t noisy during our stay.
My only gripe is that the sofa wasn’t particularly comfortable but overall I would thoroughly recommend Q Square as a pleasant and very convenient place to stay. It’s a short walk from the station, the shops and many of the sights.
Tip - Take a taxi or a bus to the marina and walk the easy path under the white chalk cliffs and have lunch at Samphire at Salt Dean.

The accommodation was really clean, we received complimentary room upgrade and they satisfy all our requirements.
Communication was spot on throughout, excellent location and very close to train station and numerous bus stops.

Rented the 1 bedroom studio, I was able to request a cot for my little one which was free ! Lovely decoration, easy access and right in front of the shopping center, we will definitely be back

Next time I visit Brighton this will definately be where I stay. Amazing location and felt like it was new, perhaps it was !? Couldn’t have asked for more, even a small bottle of fresh milk for tea in the fridge.

Lady on reception when we arrived was incredibly miserable and again on check out!
Apartment was lovely, amazing shower and incredibly clean.
Only downside was the seagulls in the morning and the building works on street.

It was lovely , modern, clean and a lovely location. The view is great (if you have a balcony.. The others without are on the side)
The room does get hot. Ceiling fan and standing fan. So if you dont have a balcony you can't get much air in. We had a balcony.
It was noisy due to road works and some apparent drunk people at night shouting!!

It is near the shopping centre and 7 dials anx looks out to the sea (overthe roof tops and if one faces that way with the balcony) . I would have loved a bath... But the shower was lovely.

Fantastic location & price, however no air con so studio was either very warm, or had to have the ceiling fan on with noise/pushing round warm air. Had an email from hotel to say they have discounted parking at nearby NCP, but was told no longer available

We stayed for 3 days after our 14-night cruise and were able to wash and dry all our clothes. The washing machine was very handy. The provided clothes hanger had seen better days but we made it work.
The location was fabulous and close to heaps of restaurants and pubs. We caught the local bus to Lewes for fun and had a great day.
The apartment is quiet and comfortable. We would recommend to stay here.

We stayed here for a 10 day trip to Brighton and couldn't be happier with the experience. Why stay in a cramped hotel when you can have an entire flat, in better condition and with similar features? We walked everywhere, and when we needed a taxi, they were queued right in the front court yard. Excellent apartment, very spacious and all the amenities that you could need. Comfy beds and a large *CLEAN* bathroom. I will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Wonderful location.Comfortable space. Morning noise from street is ridiculous. Housekeeping was almost non existent. Unfortunately I was there in recent heatwave and the ventilation was unbearable even with two fans.

Friendly staff, convenient location, but uncomfortably hot (floor 4 south facing balcony has no shade, so intense heat from the sun, and no air conditioning). Decent property (having laundry, mini-kitchen, etc. ensuite is nice), but prices were high (granted, it's summer in Brighton = priced to the market) = marginal value.

The room was designed as a small studio with a lot to offer in terms of facilities that one would not necessarily expect to find in a hotel room (e.g. a kitchenette, dishwasher, oven) and fantastic views to the adjacent green space.
The location is perfect for exploring the city centre and the main shopping and entertainment attractions, and it is within short walking distance from the main train station.
Generally, there is not much to criticise - I wish places like this were more readily available across the country.

The building is in a central location and is incredibly convenient, especially for business travelling. The room has a small kitchen and a washing machine so you can even do your laundry if you're staying longer (they've provided some laundry detergent, too, you don't have to bring it). Bed is comfy, the place is clean overall, there's a gym although I haven't used it. It's my go-to place whenever I go to Brighton!
