We turned up early and told the owner would it be ok if we could stay parked around the back and check in later at 3pm. It was no problem we checked in there and then because the room was ready,was lovely and friendly person.

Arrived ok , disappointed with the room , it was clean , but room was limited. Most of the time in the day the lounge was locked, no access. The lady of the hotel was helpful, but male propieter, was not helpful at all , we had to ask for water , toiletries , as wasn’t replaced as we used them. We came home a day early , just glad to get home .looked so good on web site , disappointing.

Nice sea view, convenient for the harbour each room was quiet.

We were given a friendly welcome with an introduction to the hotel facilities. Our room had a wonderful see view and was fully equipped for our purpose. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful which resulted in a very enjoyable holiday.

Perfect for a long weekend break. Room was ideal for a single occupant for the price I paid. No complaints from me and i would return.

Fantastic views, clean, and made to feel at home, wall paper dated but we never went there to look at that 🙄,, highly recommended and we will definitely be back soon,,

It was Christmas, so it isn't surprising if service wasn't 100%. I couldn't get a hot shower. Temperature was too cold in the evening and too hot in the middle of the night. had to knock up the manager at 8.45 in the morning to check out. Great location and friendly.

It was a lovely friendly place to stay and the view from the room was lovely, also the weather helped. Didn’t have breakfast but others said it was lovely.

Week's holiday in a favourite location. Shared with friends staying close by. No real issues with the hotel. Great location. My room had wonderful view's. The lady of the house was delightful. Always greeted me with a smile.

I had a single room at the back of the property.it was passable but the shower cubicle was in the bedroom.

Property very dated and tired, but the bedding and towels were spotless, beds comfy, shower needs upgrade too. Owners very affable. Nice sea view, great location for harbour, buses and trains Town area awful downmarket, tacky and dirty. Harbour area, more upmarket with nice restaurants and start of SW coastal path. Spectacular walk to Brixham. No good for disabled people past Goodrington Sands. Beautiful views everywhere. Great holiday, accommodation disappointing but adequate.

Very cute hotel, I stayed in the single room at the back of the property, up the top of the stairs, I didn’t have the breakfast option available for my room (I dont normally eat breakfast) only issue I had was I could hear every conversation and every time they had used the toilet in the room next door to me, so if your a light sleeper you may need ear plugs. the owner had lots of ideas of walks to go on and places to go in the area, there’s amazing places to eat and live music in the harbour, the local pleasure cruise is definitely one thing to jump on board with (excuse the pun) other wise the location was incredible, the car parking was good, the hotel in general was great ( like a typical beach hotel, with a touch more class) wonderful break away!

The room was nice with a pretty fantastic view of the promenade and the sea, the beds were a little soft for my liking but that's just personal taste.We paid for breakfast through Expedia, and when we got the hotel the proprietor quite rudely told us that breakfast is NOT included and we should not have been able to book it through the site, his attitude was awful.

Hotel was in good condition. Room was clean and very well decorated with a lot of personal touches. Bed was the most comfortable I've had in a hotel for a long time. Lovely view of the seafront and sea.

Just a one night stay here, which was fine, arrived early and managed to get into the car park. Our room had a great view of the bay, but was fairly noisy. would happily use again.

It was a comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Very obliging with car parking which is important to me. Breakfast was particularly good.
