BEAUTIFUL PLACE AND LOCATION

This property location is great walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. However, security safety wise. One night I got to the hotel at 12midnight and the doors were locked. Called the number that was provided and they did not pick up. I was knocking on the glass door for about 15 to 20 mins. And I even asked the security guard next door which was a lexus dealer to help me. After continously knocking on the glass door the security at this front desk finally woke up. Not an apology but more like annoyed he woke up. The front staff needs more training on how to communicate. Property itself was great and a safe neighborhood .

Comfortable stay

Didn't receive any VIP upgrades. The room was only cleaned once during our 10 day stay. Towels were changed once. Bed was only made once. We had to request toilet paper twice. Breakfast was limited. They didn't even have hot coffee during their breakfast hours.

Good location. Helpful staff. Our shower clogged and made the whole bathroom flooded, but the staff was super quick to resolve the problem. Other than that everything was great.

Great location. Very nice size room. Bed was very comfortable. Hand Towels looked old, but other than that we will come back to stay at this place. Anything you need, it is pretty much like a walking distance of this hotel.

This property is within walking distance of the museum of anthropology and other museums in Polanco. There are cafés, restaurants and shops nearby.

I was very impressed with the room. We stayed in the superior room and it was like a mini studio apartment. Very clean, comfortable beds, updated smart TVs and nice staff. The location is absolutely great.

Great accommodation in an extremely safe area of the city. 15 minutes walk to the Anthropology museum and restaurants of all different cuisines within minutes walking distance of the hotel. We checked in late (11pm) and they were able to easily accommodate us. Highly recommend this property and we will be staying here again for future visits to Mexico City

The property is in a very good area of the city and there are several good restaurants within walking distance. But if you are on a budget, it can get expensive. The hotel itself was lacking - no toilet paper at all in the bathroom. We had to ask for it and they only placed one roll for 4 people on a 3 day stay (we had to end up using our own tissues since they don’t even supply those) The phones were not working so we could not reach reception unless we went down ourselves. The breakfast that they offered on the 1st morning there was minimal with few choices. On the 2nd morning, there was barely anything available and no staff around to replenish. In the kitchen area of our rooms, there was only enough items for 2 instead of the 4 people that it could fit and that we paid extra for. Definitely not worth the price!

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable; it was so hard that my wife and I couldn't sleep well at all. In fact, I ended up sleeping on the sofa instead.

Stay was pretty good. Safe box did not work in the room during the entire length of my stay. I reported it the day I arrived. A lady from the front desk came to open it because it was locked. I reset the password and it still did not work. I reported it again that same day but nothing was done after that.

Convenient and clean, free laundy facility.

The neighborhood is superb. The property is well maintained. However, the service & lack of any amenities was disappointing. The front desk lady during the day, was rude, not hospitable, eager to argue & less inclined to find a solution to any problem. The gym is not big enough for 2 people, the breakfast is not good either. There’s cereal with no milk, bread and no butter, cups without juice, water pitchers galore with no water. The balcony was very dirty & the glass in it was so dirty that you couldn’t see across the street. Bathroom shower had dried white stuff on the wall, the corners in the shower had mildew. Aside from the location, please don’t spend your hard earned money on this property. Rude unhappy staff, horrible service or lack thereof. It’s more of an inconvenience to stay here than not. The facility has so much potential, im very disappointed & would never go back

I absolutely LOVED the area this little hotel is in! It’s great to walk around, and be surrounded by places to visit and eat. The breakfast was very good, nice and fresh every morning. Variety of cereals, fruits, eggs and a protein. Good nespresso coffee, juice, milk, toast and yogurt. They have shampoo, body wash, conditioner and lotion in the shower. It’s great. A mini fridge and microwave in the room, the bed was comfortable. Oh! And they even left is a complimentary bottle of red wine and chocolate for my husband and I. Thank you so much!!!! I will definitely recommend this little gem of a hotel to all my friends and family.
