Will stay here again!

The staff were incredible! So friendly and accommodating! Breakfast was marginal as it is in most hotels. The roof bar was a great touch.

Great stay and would stay again for sure! 10-12 minute walk to broadway. Rooftop was great and clean and comfy. Great breakfast was awesome as well

The location was good for us, away from Broadway but an easy 10 mins walk to the bars and crazy. Our suite was huge and really comfortable the only two minor issues were with the temperature of the shower, either too hot or too cold. Also housekeeping wasn't brilliant, we were here for 6 nights but only had full housekeeping service once. The rooftop bar is an oasis for either an early pre dinner cocktail or late nightcap. The food was pretty good as well. Reception staff were lovely, so helpful. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back if we return to Nashville

This is a modern hotel with quiet, comfortable rooms and all the amenities - laundry (service and laundry room), a cool rooftop bar with a view of Nashville, it's close to the Tennessee capitol and a short walk to Broadway (12 mins). We had a great time here and would recommend it to families.

The hotel was very nice! Staff was great. We were not impressed with the restaurant food in the hotel. Other than that it was very nice.

We did not rent a car and easily walked to the Nissan Stadium/Titans and downtown and never felt worried about our safety. Yes there is a jail across the street but even more reason why it's safe, lots of security lol, seriously no big deal! Bonus, you walk out the door go two blocks and there is the nice Cumberland River Greenway, basically a wide sidewalk along the river. Rooms are amazing, clean, bed was comfy, free breakfast and coffee, great rooftop bar/restaurant and loved the gym. We will definitely come back!

First of all, I had to call 3 separate times to have it noted that we wouldn't be checking in until 1:30 the following morning to be sure our room wasn't cancelled and it wasn't until the 3rd time that someone had it noted on our key card. The next day when I showered, I noticed mold in the shower corner and an area on the shower where someone blew their nose and there was hardened snot on the wall of the shower. When we were leaving, I told the front desk and said I know we weren't due for room service until Wednesday, but please have them take care of it. I was told he noted it to housekeeping. On Wednesday night when we returned, nothing had been done in the shower and the mold and snot were still there. Thursday morning I advised the front desk and said I was disappointed and don't worry about it because we are leaving the next day and that our room has a do not disturb sign on it, and when that happens no one is to enter your room. When we came back Thursday night, the shower was clean, but our room had been entered, WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION!! I went down to the front desk and spoke to the manager, Maddi, I explained to her what happened and advised her per the person that had housekeeping enter our room without permission, that she told us she would comp us "something", Maddi was very nice and comped us the one night of parking we had. The roof top bar was very fun.

It was a great hotel close to downtown. Our stay included continental breakfast. They had a good rooftop restaurant and bar. The room had a kitchenette and the king size bed was really comfortable. We would for sure stay again.

A total hidden gem. Removed from the bustle but just a 10 minute walk from all the music and nightlife. Right by the river greenway for morning runs. Amazing staff, modern design, great facilities and rooftop bar and lounge coffee shop. Highly recommend!

Our experience was very good - breakfast selection daily was nice to have options. Rooms were spacious and modern. The housekeeping wasn’t great even missed us one day. We utilized the option to leave our luggage for the day after check out. The person wasn’t very pleasant. Actually annoyed that we didn’t know what room our luggage was in. Several blocks from Broadway but close enough to walk. As a find we located a 24/7 pizza restaurant called Silician Pizza. It was a great option for those late night snacks.

Great property. Parking overnight is $50!! So staying a week can hurt. In fact the whole Nashville area parking is unreasonable. I would choose a more expensive hotel right at my venue which includes parking next time. As for this hotel, good breakfast, polite staff, reasonably good location.

The hotel was beautiful and within a great range for a $10 Uber to Broadway. Very secure facility and I especially loved the rooftop bar and restaurant with Happy Hour!! I would stay again!

Property is near a corrections and bail bonds facility. The property itself is newer and nice. Wouldn’t want to be walking around the neighborhood at night by myself. I think it may be up and coming neighborhood.

When my partner and I arrived, we were greeted with towels due to the storm. We were checked in right away. As soon as we got into the room, it exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and comfortable. Walkable distance to downtown Nashville. Would recommend

The air was not working properly. We had to switch rooms twice,.and even in our new room, the air was not working to full capacity. The gentleman working the front desk was exceptional though and worked diligently to satisfy us.

It’s down the street from the jail Sketchy part of town. No parking on hotel property. We had to pay to park in public lot. We don’t feel comfortable leaving car there but had too.
