Stayed her for three nights. Not once did we receive housekeeping. It was not mentioned to us that we needed to notify someone either. Had to ask for towels and toiletries.

This was the day the computers went down all over the nation. After showing up at another hotel with a confirmed reservation and finding they gave away our room, we had to find a hotel last minute. We booked online again and headed to the Hampton. The computers were also down but they had printouts of available rooms and found us one. We had 3 people and a dog and it worked out great.

There were computer issues ( not the Hotels fault but inconvenient) an elevator was out of order leaving only one available, we used the stairs rather than enduring the long wait time.

Due to cpu outage check in was a bit of a mess-all manual. We ended up getting a ADA room with two queen beds instead of our reserved king size bedroom. Said they only had queen size beds available. They do have a little dog spot on the side and the full trashcan was never emptied over the weekend. One elevator was not working, which left one very slow and inconsistent elevator for the guest to use.

One elavator not in use during the time we were there and the last day the 2nd elevator doors wouldn't open on the ground floor.

First off the bed closet to window was broke so every time you moved made noise, elevator was broken so only one for entire hotel which was bad sometimes waiting 20-30 minutes because it was to full or stoping at every floor. Also laundry was broke, for a kids baseball tournament, not good, very disappointed.

I needed quiet and clean and semi near Laguna beach. Just take the canyon 133. This was all of it.

Elevator didn’t work. Pool is tiny and doesn’t look clean so I just waded my feet. I had to call to get clean towels and sheets and made the beds. And the charge $15 a day for parking

Clean hotel with a good breakfast. There is a restaurant that we did not eat at, but it looked good! Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was on point. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was above expectations. The pool was small, but it was nice and the temperature was excellent. The room was immaculate, and the bed was very comfortable. This was a refreshing experience after having to cancel a prior reservation at a sketchy place. Highly recommend staying here, even if the price was a bit higher than I like to spend.

The hotel was well located, close to food, gas, shopping, etc. My only real disappointment with this property was the $15/day parking fee as a hotel guest. This seemed excessive when most hotels I've stayed at offer "free" parking to their guests. Plus there was ample parking available on the property, and it should have been included in my hotel stay which was almost $1000 for 4 nights. Other than that, I may consider visiting this location again.

Very clean and staff were helpful. The bath supplies were empty and I checked after midnight that was inconvenient. Breakfast needs a lot of improvement.
