A little way out of the city, but the rooms are perfectly adequate. Felt sorry for the one receptionist who was manning both the reception desk and the bar. Safe storage for bikes.

Clean and simple. Everything works. The room is basic with not a lot of bag space but just perfect for a night in transit. The hotel reception, bar and restaurant are spacious. The breakfast is typically healthy, European and light.

Just passing through, hotel clean although very small rooms. Surrounding area not particularly nice, but the hotel suited our purpose.

I’ve stayed in other budget IBIS hotels but this was particularly nice. Lovely area to relax close to the lobby, can fill a water bottle, play pool, relax in surroundings that are relaxing colours. No restaurant, just a vending machine. But there are restaurants that are walkable. City centre can be reached by metro which is a ten minute walk away.

A little out of town but easy commute to the center by metro, metro is about 7mins walk. Breakfast was great, everything worked as expected, rooms are on the small side, temp is well maintained in the common areas, pool table has seen better days

The lobby was nice. The room was pretty typical of most Ibis hotel rooms. Easy free street parking. Kinda far from city center but bus stop was a short 2 minute walk.

I stayed here for ease of parking,location and price.
Parking a bit mis leading as you have to pay to use the IBIS car park -not excessive maybe 12 euros the night but not advertised.Team line in front if Hotel so very little street parking but I fid find a space so didnt have to pay
Its a good 45 minute walk to Old Market place but there is s Tram service that passes in front of Hotel and 10 minutes to Old Town .Was free on Ssturday

Easy check in, spacious room for an ibis budget. We had a third person in room but bed folds up into wardrobe when not in use so no problem. Modern stylishly decorated in reception area. Breakfast good value. It is about a 30 minute walk into Rouen or good bus service. Suited us as parking was secure and reasonably priced.

More than surprised to find a Budget Hotel with these amenities! Great room, small but very clean, great shower. Breakfast was excellent with multiple choices. Parking was easy and welcomed after a long drive.

Comfortable stay and staff were very helpful. Bedroom was fine and functional. It was unadorned and didnt encourage one to hang out there , but then again I was sightseeing.. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel is generally modern and welcoming, the staff are mostly lovely. Our room was a little small for a family booking, and we had to wait until last minute to see if we could have a cot in the room or bring our own. The chrome cast wasn’t working in the room and the staff never sent anyone to fix it after we enquired. The breakfast is nice but €10 is a little steep unless you eat a lot. The queue for the coffee machine is insane!! The parking should be maximum €5 a night, not €8. The staff will tell you the area outside isn’t safe to park, but it is. There’s little crime.

lovely reception area which was clean, airy and very nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and couldn't have been any nicer, really. The rooms were very basic. One room had a smell like bad drains and the pillow case had a brown mark on a corner that was off-putting.

Budget hotel done well. Rooms simple yet clever and modern with USB sockets and shelves and slots for belongings. Modern reception area and barrier controlled parking. Easy to find and great as a late stopover on our way through France.

Property could not be reached by car. No indication at all how to park my car, nor how to enter the hotel for any information.
We left the location without using this hotel. We were not reimbursed.

Hotel Breakfast was food. We had two rooms. One didnt have ac. Location is not the best. Fairly remote. If ur a family, and want to viait the city, try a different location.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Even my prior requests were taken into account. The rooms are as usual and standard for a new Ibis budget. However, the signs of use are already very advanced: defective lamps, damage to the furniture and mold in the bathroom. This testifies to a non-functioning technical maintenance. A pity. Nevertheless, the room was very clean.

Clean and pleasant hotel with relaxing public areas. The staff were rhelpful and friendly. The charge for overnight parking was a bit pricey. There were not many decent restaurants nearby especially on Monday evenimgs. Public transport into Rouen was good but you had to discover for yourself how it works; a pity that you couldn't buy the basic tickets in the hotel

Very bad experience in the hotel no kettle to boil water for cup of tea or coffee. No waldrope to hangs clothes. Very disappointed

Great basic hotel, clean and good shower/wet room
Breakfast was chaotic, lots of guests needing to be fed and just 2 young members of staff. Nearly all of the food was gone and special requests were needed for more bread cutlery etc.It needed at least 2 more staff members there. Hardly anywhere to sit. Maybe we picked a bad time 09-40hrs but there was hardly anything to choose from, all very disorderly!
