We definitely will reserve again. Without doing my research I didn’t see any way for wheelchair access. The only other thing is is the sander website isn’t helpful when maintenance is needed. There is one thing that needs Arthur I don’t know how to let them know.

Pros: It looks great. It's in a great location. Street parking is pretty easy. And it's a decent value. Cons: It's awesome - unless you want to actually sleep. Bedroom 1 is fine - except for the loud birds outside every night. Nothing they can do about that - except the double pane windows they installed would work if the window actually locked and lined up correctly. Speaking of bedroom #1 - there's no overhead light (I think it was out). Also - no mirror. Bedding was decent, but a bit heavy so yu where either sweating or freezing when you took it off you. Bedroom 2 is a joke. A rickety bunk bed that seemed unsafe for anyone over 50 lbs. It was missing numerous bolts and creaked so loudly every time someone rolled over it would wake them. It sounded like a cross between an overweight man farting or a small child being strangled. Trust me - it was that unsettling. The top bunk has no rails, and is held together by duct tape. We ended up taking the mattress off the top bunk and having someone sleep on it in the living room. Also, that room was so small, no way two people can use it together. On to the pullout couch - or rather inside it. The mattress was about two inches thick, warped, and the whole bed wasn't even remotely level. There is zero chance at sleeping comfortably on it - so we had one person sleep on the closed couch, and another stay elsewhere. And that person better be under 5'6. I have so much more to say but ran out of characters. AVOID.

Texted Sonder immediately upon arriving about the battery for the ceiling fan (no battery = no fan) and locked A/C. More than 24 hours later we got a new battery, but no A/C improvement. It took more than a few conversations just to get that. Otherwise, it's a little beat up - OK for the price we got, but more two star than the four stars it's marked as. There was some trash around the property that wasn't picked up. And the door lock was pretty finicky. I won't be staying at Sonder again.

Pros: Location was great, very easy-to-access unit, the kitchen had everything needed. Cons: No toilet seat, nowhere to hang towels, shower design poorly where water drained all over floor.

This was no normal hotel where you would check your bags in and be greeted by hotel staff. The process was not explained to me and the way things were handled made me feel unsafe and unsatisfied. Therefore I did not stay at this property nor would I recommend it to anyone I know. I feel that things should have been explained better when booking it.

This property on 16th ave in the heart of music row is adorable and affordable! Tons to do and see very nearby and grocerys also very close and convenient.

A couple things in the unit could be updated. The way the shower is designed the floor floods in the bathroom if you don’t have a towel to catch the water. Needs a few touch ups. But overall good place to stay and was clean and safe.

This place was dirty. Not enough towels for my family. Took 3 days and a call to hotels.com to get them. Customer service was a joke. I asked to check out early and they refused to let me. And because this was my daughter’s birthday trip I couldn’t afford to move hotels and lose money. Absolutely horrible place. The couch bed was broke and hard to sleep on.

Not great. We were happy with the amount of space but the property is really shabby and uncomfortable. Everything was falling apart and shabby. There was no washer and dryer.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Very spacious and clean and within walking distance to many great restaurants, including coffee, breakfast, burgers and beer. Let me tell you about the toilet flushing. We stayed in unit 3 and each time we flushed, it sounded like a rocket blasting off. Lol. But it worked! Great water pressure and hot water. Would stay here again.

I enjoyed being on music row and close to 21st Ave which had cool eateries and shopping. I would have liked a soup can opener. Other than that the property was great.

Massively disappointed. No laundry facility where there should’ve been. They supplied the detergent but the washing machine and dryer were missing. Had to go to a seedy part of town to do our washing. No phone number to contact them anywhere on their site. Just directed to an FAQ page. Air conditioning worked when it wanted to so we were cooking until it decided to come on. Couldn’t set the temperature. Good part of town though.

A very nice place, but Dirt under the bed and they. Definitely need a new coach and some Paper towels or Wash cloth for the kitchen .We cannot even sit on the couch And that was the only place to watch TV..

Great location! Could walk to fun dining and shopping.

The property was great, nice location and clean. The only issue is that the metal bunk beds were squeaky at every move and no washer and dryer. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay.

Perfect for 2

The positives: location was perfect, fairly quiet, and comfy beds. The check in communication was timely and helpful for self check in. I did talk to the customer service people twice and they were friendly on the phone and in person. The negatives (from a week stay): overall this condo is poorly maintained. Upon walking in, it smelled so bad that we had to have the A/C on continuously for 4 days in December. The foundation is sinking so the bedroom doors didn't open or close all the way, there was trash items around upon our arrival, bed pillows without pillowcases, 4 washcloths for 2 people for 7 day stay and could not get more from the essentials closet. I called customer service and I received hand towels. A huge problem for me was that the TV is only for use with Chromecast from your phone to the TV. I definitely missed that in the property description.

Location was great! The beds were a bit hard, too firm. Not enough towels and wash cloths for a five day stay. Requested on the app, and fresh towels were delivered the next day.

Location was good and easy free parking however the unit was dated, doors not closing properly and only 4 towels for 5 guests. I attempted several different ways to ask for more towels but no response. Was unable to access the essential closet for more soap/towels etc …. as code wouldn’t work and tried every day for three days to message to rectify and no response!

Excellent location,well equipped very clean, only one hand towel was supplied could use another,and shower did not contain the water very well resulting in excessive water on the bathroom floor.

Lovely property, only complaint is that walls are VERY thin and we had to listen to the guests above clomping around and blaring music, and then throwing a party from 3-5am one night. I did contact guest services and they were very nice - our last night there was no party and we were able to sleep.

Good location for access to Vanderbilt Hospital. Did smell a little musty. But better when air turned on.

Great location. Very roomy and comfortable

Property had black mold surrounding the living room vent in the ceiling. The entire flat had ants that got into our food and we’re in the beds. Beds were comfy and bathroom was nice.

The unit was extremely clean. There were solid surfaces with area rugs and i felt very comfortable walking around barefoot. I will definitely stay again in the future. There were quite a few quick bite places within 5 minutes including Starbucks, Panera, Chipotle and Smoothie King. The grounds were simple and neat. I was able to park in the spaces provided .

The neighborhood was amazing and the apartment was decorated nicely, clean, and all basic necessities were provided to make our stay very comfortable. We didn’t want to leave. Truly felt like home.

Very comfortable apartment in a quiet neighborhood, but walkable to restaurants. Plenty of room and very clean.

Loved staying here! Easy walking distance from Vanderbilt university and literally on music row, with some good food choices with in a mile. Less than 10 minute drive from downtown too!
