Uncomfortable beds, poor room quality and cleanliness. Not good service.

The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, don't stay there when ASU is having a game. Traffic was so bad the streets were blocked off and we had great difficulty reaching the hotel, several times. What a nightmare!

It is a very clean, updated, and comfortable room. The property is in excellent condition and centrally located super close to ASU venues

room was great. clean. comfortable beds. check in was quick and easy. front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. parking rates are reasonable. lots of yummy choices for breakfast buffet.

Alarm kept going on in the bar area. The room had no warm water for almost the entire time. We werent notified until i was asked and they said they called the pulmber with no response for hours. They were hoping they would come soon. So qe had ice cold showers for an entire day. I uses the message app to ask for something and no one responded even though that is what they asked us to utilize. The room kept getting hot. Overall wouldnt recommend and will not stay there again. I have paid less and had great experiences. The hyatt is over priced for what they offer.

Everything about the hotel is excellent. My only complaint is the housekeeping staff. On day of check-out, they arrived before 8am and knocked very loudy on my door. I had plans to sleep in a bit, but i was rudely awakened.

Excellent Tempe property, lovely rooftop small swimming pool and loungers. Only gripe is that when the local football team the Sun Devils play the area is completely inaccessible by car as all roads are one way and bollarded.. Had to park far and walk to hotel returning from a day trip.

We had a lovely time, enjoyed the gym, our breakfast was wonderful, we will stay here again for sure whenever we come up to see the Mercury!

The hotel was in an area where there wasn’t much traffic or traffic noise, very quiet 😀. Parking was in a garage area and had to walk a distance to get to main lobby. Property had good lighting during night hours

THE perfect place to stay for Freshman move-in at Mazanita Hall (ASU). Comfy cool rooms, convenient parking ($16/day but worth it). Close to restaurants. Shout out to the super friendly and helpful front desk--all of them were great! Grace was so helpful when we needed to print a document. She went above and beyond when the communal printer ink was running out she offered to print it for us! Lifesaver!!! Pool and roof deck were great for sunsets and the AM breakfast was good and convenient! We will definitely stay again.

It was clean, convenient and well appointed. Loved the rooftop pool and view. Most of all thought the staff was great

Nice, new, clean hotel. We stayed on the tram side of the road which you can hear pretty well all night long, even with earplugs. The AC made a consistent rattling noise all through the night the first night which made for a very sleepless night with or without the AC. Front desk was called the next day and the ac was repaired within a few hours. It is convenient to ASU which was why we were there. We would stay again on the quiet side.

Very close to many options for food, shopping and entertainment. Very close to Arizona State University. This is probably my 5th time staying here, and I'll probably stay here again.
