Rooftop jacuzzi and pool, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, and well appointed units, the staff at Cuale really think of everything. We had a fantastic time and I would jump at the chance to stay here again.

The condo,the staff and the location are very good.The roof deck was amazing. The pool though small is salt water and heated.
The fruit and pastry in the morning is a bonus but we prefer to go out for breakfast.
The super bowl party was the highlight of our monthly stay.
The cons are very few and minor. We were there for a month and there was no beer opener or cork screw.We asked for a cork screw and were provided with one that was a little strange and I ended up buying one that I could use.
If I was rating Cuale condos out of ten I would rate them 9.5 only because I am a perfectionist who loves to drink wine and cook.

Jacob, Lucy, and Laura were amazing! Quick reply to any/all messages. Clean towels were always brought when asked. The pool and jacuzzi were a bonus. Plenty of sunscreen, oil and after sun products available in the pool bathroom. There was fresh coffee, baked goods and fruit every morning. Can't say enough about this property. Will definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay at Cuale! The owner was awesome. Attention to detail was evident with little drinks in the fridge and cookies awaiting us at check-in! Our place was spotless. The rooftop was beautiful, and the staff was fantastic. Nothing negative to say here :)

In all my travels, I have never enjoyed the level of care and attention that I received from Jacob and Lucy. From the first greeting to the last good bye they were exceptional hosts running a delightful property.
To be in Puerto Vallarta, close to the beach and its attractions, but to feel like you are actually in Mexico and not a tourist Mecca was wonderful.
The condos are clean, comfortable, very well equipped at very reasonable prices.
Stay here and you will not be disappointed, in fact you will be happy to have found a special place run by special people.

Chalet Condos was fabulous. The condo was spacious and well appointed. Much larger than expected with a kitchen and two sitting areas as well as a bedroom. The rooftop area was amazing with a kitchen area, lots of sitting areas, pool and hot tub. Lucy was helpful and friendly. Easy walk to the beach and other Romantic Zone sites. We will be back.

Stayed there for a week with my husband and daughter. Jacob and Lucy were friendly and helpful. Especially Lucy, she is such a delight to be around. Property is close to beach but neighborhood is noisy, rooms were spacious and rooftop is cool. We also had this really friendly cat visit us everyday and my daughter loved it.

The condo and property was exactly like the pictures on expedia.ca. we loved everything on the roof top. Jacob and all his staff could not do enough for us. They were so polite and answered any questions that we had. We will definitely stay here again.Thank You Jacob and your staff.

This property was absolutely perfect. The property was very clean, great sitting area upstairs, pool area was great. The photos online are exactly how the property looked and was maintained.
Jacob and Lucy were so friendly and super helpful. If you needed anything they we’re available.
It might be a little further back from the beach but definitely worth the short walk. Lots of foot traffic and felt totally safe.
If I had to suggest one minor improvement it would be that the kitchen could be a little better provisioned.
We will definitely be back.

We loved the property, very comfortable and in a great neighbourhood. Lots of restaurants close by and very good. 8 blocks to the malecon. Short walk, would definitely recommend.

Jacob was the best host that me and my wife could ever ask for. If you want a place that will make you feel at home look no further then the Cuale Condos. Clean, safe and a great deal. Tons of places within walking distance. This place will beat any resort!

Apartments are well-decorated and have everything you could need for your trip. The rooftop is full of amenities and is a great place to relax for a few hours. The property is within walking distance of all the restaurants and bars of Zona Romántica.

Jacob was an incredible host during our stay at Cuale. The pictures of the property don’t do it justice, it has old town charm with very modern facilities. The view from the terrace is gorgeous. We felt safe and close to all the action downtown. It is really easy to book an Uber and if you have questions Jacob and his staff is more than ready and willing to answer them. We will be recommending this place to any friends and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lucy and Laura do such a stellar job keeping the facilities clean. This place has a cozy B and B feel and I cannot rave about it enough!

Jacob was very nice and very attentive to guests needs. The rooftop was lovely and very relaxing. There are some great options for food in the area which was nice.The neighborhood is very noisy and there isn't much insulation in the rooms so you hear everything happening around you, day and night. I'm a light sleeper so that was an issue for me. That's my only negative for the property.

Fantastic place, there was some construction going on in some of the other rooms but for the most part I could work and do business meetings on computer with ear plugs. Mexico is louder area of the world because they are usually building and making things better! Super clean!!! Spacious well designed and decorated 1 bedroom apartments with excellent kitchen amenities- updated everything! Comfortable Mattress. Location Location. I would have liked a contact number or a way to text manager to ask questions- as front desk was usually empty- ?about where to find different things in the area- a post office, Art Galleries…Thank You, The Traveling Thx.

Clean, spacious, equipped to the highest standards, but most of all, Jacob was the most amazing host I have ever had to deal with, and I am a world traveller, so that says a lot. He was warm and welcoming, he offered to refund half of the nights I did not use out of pure kindness and he was always keen to find out out he could make my stay even better. His cleaning staff was super nice and super efficient and every detail was carefully studied and spot on. Jacob's place is a real find, in a quiet part of town and I want to thank him sincerelly and deeply for making my stay in Puerto Vallarta that much more special. All the best for the future, you can be sure to see me again soon.

Filtered water in your suite and ice. Brush your teeth from the faucet. Pool and hot tub are clean and refreshing. Easy to connect with uber and close to covid testing. Bilingual staff available to assist with your every need. Elevator to the top deck is convenient. We plan to vacation here annually. It was very clean and quiet- just what our body and mind needed.
