The reception staff were friendly and helpful and really made our stay pleasant. The hotel had decent sized rooms and good breakfast choice, and was very convenient for the subway and my conference venue.

Wonderful living space and close to the subway. And the most important part is that the pharmacy store is next to the hotel.

New and very clean hotel. Very comfortable bed, extra pillows available. Instant information about laundry and dryer availability and remaining minutes till laundry is done. Bright room and convenient layout. I would go back if visiting again.

A classic spot, easy access to convenient stores.

The hotel was conveniently located close to Fushimi station - about 4 minutes walk. Staff was very friendly and room was very clean. 2 things to note. You only get one room key, which you have to place in a slot to have the light inside the room. Also you need the key to get into the public bath. If you want to go to the public bath, everyone has to go together. Otherwise the person who left in the room will be sitting the dark until others come back from the public bath. Another note - the room has a mini fridge, but you need to turn it on before you use it. We didn't know, so we had to throw out all the food we put in the fridge

Really fancy and has the option for a public bath. Some Floors smell like cigarettes though depending on what floor you’re put on.

The breakfast buffet was great. There were lots of food to choose from. One thing I would say was the smell of cigarette in the room was very strong. Maybe I should’ve asked for a room not to have a strong smell. That was the only con about the hotel. The staff were very nice, respectful and accommodating considering we only knew a few phrases in Japanese.
