The hotel was very nice and clean but the music from the bar can be quite loud and heard from your room. The view out of the window to the alley below isn't the greatest either.

Staff was friendly, however, my side of the building faced a large service alley for several Restaurants and others. Garbage removal happened 2 of my 3 mornings at around 6AM. It wasn’t restful. I asked when I arrived, about moving, although it didn’t appear busy, they were not able to move me. It must be a challenge for this hotel, however nice it is.

We were told by a friend that the canopy hotel was a great place to stay and it did not disappoint! The pool and bar area are so nice and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely go back next time we visit Scottsdale.

The property is beautiful. The room was average. It had a strange odor. The shampoo was empty. A couple of bugs in the room. Mini fridge was broken.

Amazing hotel with absolutely friendly staff , Samantha was great at providing a smooth check in process and made sure the stay was as comfortable as possible .

This property was amazing. Everything was comfortable, staff were attentive. Rooms were clean, modern and super nice.My only gripe is that drinking water should be complimentary, parking could be a little cheaper and I wasn't overly crazy about the bed. It was a bit too soft for my taste but it was very spacious. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. You won't be disappointed.

Gorgeous hotel in a great location in Old Town Scottsdale. We loved the pool and comfortable rooms. Great for a romantic getaway or with friends.

Hilton Canopy was straight up the bomb property. EVERYTHING was close in proximity. The entertainment district was .7 miles walking.5th ave shops were basically 5 walking blocks.Fashion Square mall was 20 min walking.The hotel was clean.The staff was amazing!!!!!!.

Downstairs front desk( Matt&Jenna🔥🔥🔥).Truthfully all of the employees were great.
This will probably be the only spot that we stay stay in the next time we return. The pool was a little on the small side , but thats being petty.

Perfect location for business trip close to airport, restaurant and bars. Hotel very clean and staff friendly. Rooftop bar had great views and Gym was an added bonus.

The hotel was so clean and employees were so friendly! Great area, parking was easy and walkable to shops & food! We had a connecting door to the room next to ours and we could hear literally everything (including her wishing someone a happy birthday on the phone at 6:45am) so if you’re a light sleeper, bring headphones. Overall it was really a great hotel and would absolutely stay again!

Amazing hotel in every way. The hotel food was actually some of the best that we had in Scottsdale! Would definitely stay here again when in Arizona.

Friendly staff, convenient location surrounded by museums, galleries, small shops.
The room has modern comfortable furniture, really pleasant. In room Nespresso coffee machine and free coffee capsules.
Two restaurants, good food. The rooftop restaurant is mostly open terrace, exposed to the sun, which makes the dinner at 40 degrees Celsius unpleasant experience. Dinner menu has only few options.
There is also a rooftop pool. Very nice clean area. The pool is 10m long and fully exposed to the sun. Again, not recommended for end of June visit.

Great location to get to shopping and dining. Stayed over the week of 4th of July - town is very quiet this time of year, which was fine for us, but maybe not for others. Hotel pool wasn’t overcrowded except on the 4th. Roof top pool staff was mostly attentive. Some staff were somewhat rude and didn’t seem excited to be working. Room were very comfortable and well kept. Overall, would stay again.

Nice hotel overall. The rooftop isn’t as great as some of the other reviews suggest, but we liked the proximity to old town and it felt very safe (if you’re the scary type). The evening check in lady at reception was very nice, which obviously sets the tone of one’s stay. The hotel attracts young ppl and note that parking is $25 a night, unless you find a place on the street.
