The hotel was in a great location and was in new condition. The room was clean and very comfortable. Easy check in and checkout.

Second visit to this hotel. Very comfortable. Only one issue. The restaurant is severely understaffed. Both visits, we had to hunt down someone to order our meals. There is never anyone at the restaurant entrance to seat patrons. My husband went into the kitchen looking for someone. We also had to go to the front desk for assistance. This is a great hotel in a beautiful place. But the restaurant needs work.

Housekeeping came really early 8am, everyday. Room had weird dog smell . But not complaining cuz water pressure and hot was a plus. Beds were comfortable and linens were nice.

We are concert people and will definately stay at your Hilton whenever we attend Ameris.

Clean rooms, plenty of space to lounge and sit around the property outside and inside. Pet friendly ( the guy at the front desk suggested that i use a different elevator to get my dog outside faster) and that was a great suggestion because my dog can be a bully and that elevator wasn’t a main elevator with all the regular guest traffic. Comfortable beds. Great shower/ bathroom. I was happy to see there was a microwave in the main lobby area for me to use. Felt safe walking my dog outside. I will definitely stay here again.

We really liked the pool and easy access to near by Avalon Shopping center, it was also easy to get to down town Atlanta. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The room was great. The pool was nice, needs some maintenance around the hotel.

I stayed here for 5 days with my 13 yr old and my 7 month baby. They had a crib for my baby and made my stay so convenient and comfortable

Overall, my experience was a postitive one. My room was very clean which made for a very comfortable stay. Pleasant Surroundings: The area around the hotel was nice and felt safe for the most part. Cons: Nearby Homelessness: Less than a block from the hotel, there was a homeless person sleeping on a park bench. This could be unnerving if you’re a jogger or walking late at night or early in the morning, especially if you have a pet. (This was also shocking considering the area, which is very high end) Front Desk Availability: The front desk staff would disappear frequently, leaving the front counter vacant. I thought it was odd that a hotel that size would only have one person working the front desk. Despite these minor issues, the hotel was great, and I would definitely consider staying here again. The overall quality of the accommodations and the pleasant atmosphere made for a very enjoyable stay.

This is the 3rd time I’ve booked an upgraded room and haven’t received it upon check in.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Alpharetta twice: from June 11th to 15th, and again from June 16th to 19th. My first stay was fantastic. The concierge who checked me in was incredibly friendly and explained all the hotel amenities, including the gym, breakfast, and executive lounge. Her excellent service convinced me to choose this hotel again for my next business trip. Unfortunately, my second stay was terrible. The man at the front desk didn't explain anything about the hotel's facilities. All he said was, "Hello, what can I do for you? Here is your key." He didn't mention the executive lounge or any other amenities. If I hadn’t stayed before, I wouldn’t have known I could use the lounge for breakfast and happy hours. To make matters worse, he assigned me a room right under a motor on the roof, next to the executive lounge. The noise from the motor was so loud, especially in the bathroom, that it was unbearable. I called the front desk, and while they sent a maintenance person who confirmed the noise came from the roof, the front desk staff didn’t offer a solution until I explicitly asked to change rooms. His indifferent attitude was frustrating. Other than this one staff member, everyone else was friendly and nice. The rooms were spacious, and the staff at the executive lounge was always hospitable and kind. Despite the convenient location near my company’s Alpharetta office, this experience makes me hesitant to recommend this hotel.

The King Room I reserved was a little smaller than I expected. But it was very comfortable, and had everything I needed. Good coffee maker, and bottled water were good additions. The in house restaurant was nice, with good breakfast buffet and great Caesar Salad! Enjoyed the fitness room. Modern, clean, new,…….

Stayed here for a concert at Ameris amphitheater. Clean and well kept, close to everything we needed . Would definitely recommend
