Delightful stay, excellent service all around. Amazing rooftop adults only pool was bliss. Breakfast lovely. Special recognition to Hesham at concierge and Marina at the spa - sublime massage. One tip - don’t take a private taxi from the hotel take a metered taxi. Private taxis charge 3 x regular price…The service here is seriously top notch. Will return.

Hotel is located at the end of JBR and in the heat it is really hard to walk to all the main restaurants. The actual hotel rooms are only located from levels one to 16 so you won’t get any high rooms unless you book the residence apartments section. This was a really big disappointment for us as I was hoping to get a really high floor but the Hotel rooms only go to level 16. The Hotel itself is broken up and you need to use multiple lifts to get to different places. If you’re staying at the hotel for example you need to go down to the lobby and then catch a separate lift to go back up to the gym and the same as well if you’re going to the ground floor pools. All this needs to be considered when booking. An example was when my partner asked me to meet him at the infinity pool and I was at the ground floor pools but go past the room to grab something.. what a mission. Lift from ground floor to lobby.. change lift to room.. grab item.. then lift back to lobby.. change lifts.. lift to gym/spa level.. change lift again by walking through spa, finally getting to the lift to take me up to 77..

I love the Hotel and the service, including the breakfast buffet including organic locally sourced vegetables and fruits as well as the turndown service each night. It’s a great experience to do once but I don’t think I’ll book it again if I want to stay in JBR. I would probably book a hotel that’s a little bit more in the centre of JBR.
And one more thing the beach water was so green

Infinity pool at the top of the hotel is amazing with views of the beach and the Palm.

We were amazed with the Hotel Services the moment we arrived and stepped at the hotel lobby. Greeters and bellman’s came and grabbed our belongings and didn’t have to worry about them all the way to our room! Our room has a lovely canal view where we would sit at night and fascinated with the lighted up buildings across, the bridge and canal changing lights and boats/cruises that passes by! Our experience at the infinity pool at 77 was nothing but a dream come true! Breakfast staff were the best and the buffet selection has been one of the best I have experienced! Food and drinks at all restaurants were amazing and I would definitely come back with my family!

I even asked for the VIP room upgrade and was told by the hotel staff that I would have to pay for any room upgrades. I went to him later that evening with the letter I received documenting I should have received the upgrade but it was too late to change rooms and he offered no other compensation, and no VIP amenities either.

This is a beautiful, elegant luxury hotel. The rooms and service are immaculate. They accomodated our earlier arrival and were very hospitable. The location is so convenient, close enough to the palm and ammmenities, without the traffic. It is a wondeful hotel, truly wonderful.

This hotel is top notch, beautiful grounds, pools are amazing staff cannot be more friendly and helpful. Very clean, even the hallways smell delicious. Beach Bar and Grill highly recommended, do not miss the shrimp cocktail and tenderloin steak, excellent chef, food was delicious! Lobby of hotel so inviting. Only bad thing, you have to leave at some point.

Our room was large, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The rooftop infinity pool is absolutely stunning and we spent hours just relaxing there. The breakfasts were fantastic and staff very helpful. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. We found the lifts a little confusing as you had to change multiple times to get to the top but well worth it when you got there.

I think this might the best hotel in Dubai. I and my wife really enjoyed it.
The rooftop pool on 77 floor is amazing with great views. Its a highlight of the hotel. You cannot find better in Dubai.
The room was clean, great bed, modern and included flip-flops and beach bag - nice touch.
Breakfast was also great with many options. I wish the staff was better organized and served coffee faster during the breakfast. If they have modern coffee machines like in other hotels the guest could serve themselves. I don't like getting coffee after finishing breakfast.
The hotel staff was nice and accommodating.
What I was surprised about are the prices for food and beverages. Everything is extremely expensive. Its not related to the hotel but to whole Dubai. I would not choose Dubai gor holidays due to this fact anymore.

How can we describe in a few words this stay ? WONDERFUL
Let’s begin with the hotel : without surprise, the hotel is really beautiful (the rooms are spacious and fully equipped with moderns conviniences …) The infinity pool at the rooftop has a breathtaking view !
The resort offers you an easy access to the beach, The Bluewater Bridge and others attractions).
What really makes the difference is the staff. They are so kind, so caring and they really want to offer you the best experience here.
Great mention for the professionals who work here for the breakfast ( Lita, Naim, Rajan, Rose, Thet, « the Kind and Smily Man who offers us cookies and cakes », and all the others. They know your habits and make you feel at home !

Our room did not have very good view but the infinity pool on the 77th floor was amazing, restaurant on the 73rd floor offer fantastic night view of the city and waters below. House keeping placed a sunglasses cloth with the hotel logo neatly placed next to my wife’s sunglasses left on the table, very nice touch. Tablet that control everything was a bonus
