Easy parking.

The hotel was clean but our room was not the cleanest. Tables were dirty and empty bottles were left on the counter. The accent pillows and couch cushions were stained. We needed to use the pull out couch, so I asked if the hotel could set that up for us, they said they would try but if anything we’d have a bed kit with sheets. There were no sheets/bedding in the room so I had to go down to the desk to request it. They did have someone bring the sheets within 5 mins. The club/restaurant attached is not kid friendly and there is a dress code. We were coming from a soccer game so we had to drive elsewhere for dinner. Beds were comfortable and overall no other complaints. Complimentary breakfast was very good.

Review of Our Stay at the Hotel We recently stayed at this hotel and had mixed feelings about our experience. First, the good: the hotel is indeed beautiful and well-maintained, the staff is polite and always ready to help. The rooms are clean and cozy, with regular housekeeping. However, we encountered a few unpleasant situations that spoiled our impression. We arrived at the hotel during very hot weather, and unfortunately faced a problem in the restaurant. Despite the fact that my wife is pregnant, we were not allowed in because we were wearing shorts. There was no information about the dress code on the booking site, which caused significant inconvenience. Additionally, the promised free breakfast was very disappointing. We expected more from a hotel of this level, but the quality and variety of food left much to be desired. We had to order fast food delivery, which was not at all what we expected from an expensive hotel. We hope the hotel takes our feedback into account and improves the quality of its services in the future. This review will help you honestly express your opinion and might assist the hotel in improving their services for future guests.

Nice and quiet

Beautiful hotel overall with modern contemporary design. It is truly a hidden gem in Woodbridge, NJ. It has an amazing rooftop bar with views of NYC. The ambience is upscale, the drinks are great and the menu looks good. My only disappointment was the breakfast it was not good and the choices were limited. I will definitely return for another stay.

Everything was excellent except dor the matijuana smell as we walked in to check in at night.

This hotel is excellent. The rooms are super clean. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The kitchen in the studio is a God sent for anyone who likes to cook their own food, or fix their own drinks. The complimentary breakfast is full of options, including a chef who prepares your eggs or pancakes for you. Fresh fruits, drinks, and pastries are available. There is also a very nice gym, which my children used. The pool looked nice, though a little small, but we never got a chance to use it.

Stayed 2 nights as it was close to American Dream mall, the suite was a little smaller than expected for 6 people and the pull out sofa bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on in my life. The kitchenette area was nice though.

The staff was nice & the property was very well clean. I love kitchen inside your hotel room, pool, fitness room & very close to food shopping. Only con is the club on the weekend that takes up parking at night. Overall I recommend this hotel for stay.

Breakfast was great.

Staff needs to be more polite. Not all of them were impolite but some were. The mattresses are all 3 inches shorter than bed frame. Person tends to fall out of the bed. It’s a design fault.

The hotel itself was actually lovely, but we had a problem from the get-go with our room television. We were not able to stream or have any Internet connection. We were there two nights and the manager tried for a full day sitting in our room to reconnect even replaced the cable box still did not work. We also had crushed glass at the end of our bed and in our top of our bed covers, which got missed somehow by the housekeeping services, but when we asked for the room to be cleaned, they did an excellent job. They did accommodate us with a partial Refund which became a hassle until I got Hotels .com on the phone to actually call manager not something I enjoyed doing the breakfast was delicious and prepared by a chef who was very friendly. The staff itself was very friendly in general.

Everything was perfect until friday & saturday rolled around. There is a club on the rooftop of the hotel and it goes until 1am. Music is LOUD. There are noise machines in every room which help but it was still an inconvenience.

Club is popping sometimes.

I liked the staff, they were nice and helpful. The breakfast is great. The hotel is clean. I would recommend changing the mattress for the couch, its very uncomfortable. All you feel is the springs in the mattress. The bathroom door doesnt lock and the handle for the shower was broken so the door was hard to close. I would still stay here again.

Excellent hotel

The pool is a good size and is 3ft to 5ft deep, breakfast is good with a daily special during the week ( get there early the special can run out). Many places to get a bite to eat like KFC, texas roadhouse, chick fil a and krispy kreme in the area.

I wish the facility kept our rooms cleaned. Stay 4 days didn’t have room service once

Roof top bar and restaurant made it nice as you did not need to leave the sute for dinner or drinks.

Everything was very clean. Our room had a stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, full fridge. Very convenient for a family trip.
