The room was very comfortable and the staff were super kind and accommodating.

Rooms were not clean

Loved how clean the hotel was, and the lovely music added a high-end flair. The lobby is nice and I could see the bar area. Breakfast was good and the service was excellent! I will definitely include breakfast in my reservation next time. The location, price, quality, cleanliness, and staff are all excellent.

My husband has a difficult time walking and we were sent to the wrong side (left) for our second floor room by the lobby staff. I think it was room 293. After looking for our room and walking up and down the halls, which was painful for my husband, we were sent to the (right) side of the hotel with steps. We didn't know how to use the small wheelchair lift. I suggest you change the numbers for the right side so it other people are not misdirected. Possibly adding a letter A might help. The layout is confusing.

Staff hospitality exceeded my expectations. Breakfast is simple but delicious and healthy.

The guy at the front charged us $100 extra for early check-in when we were told it was $50 when we called and asked. He also told us we didn’t pay for our room and try to charge the full amount again.

There were small problems with my room. First, the safe didn't work, then the coffee maker didn't work, then its replacement didn't work, then, finally, I managed to figure out how the third one worked, then the phone in my room wasn't connected to the front desk, when I needed to make a complaint that a car alarm outside was going off every 5 minutes, but the staff dealt with these, I repeat, minor, problems, kindly and quickly. It's a good place to stay.
