This was very convenient location for visiting the universities. In a very safe area without easy foot-traffic. We didn’t have to worry about our vehicles being broken into. We will stay here again when the need arises.

This hotel does notvtake cash even for chips or drinks; UNSATISFACTORY!
The convenience of scanning your card for snacks is not convenient at all! The super nice lady at the sesk had to work the machine as its not up to the task. Bring back paying with cash ASAP!

I had a great 2 night stay at this property while visiting my Liberty University student. Hotel was super clean, updated, and extremely convenient location. Breakfast was great and the coffee was actually good! Will definitely stay here again in the future

Since I used Hotels.com, the hotel stated they cannot give any refund. The water pressure was so poor that we couldn’t shower or wash our hair during the 3 days. Cleaning staff were super friendly but they never came into our room during the time. We even asked if they would. We ran out of towels TP etc. the sink backed up every time we used it. We faced the highway and could hear all of the traffic in that room
No where to put your clothes or luggage that’s out of the way. Everything sits in the open but that’s the design of the space.
Positives are that they had a really nice breakfast in the am for a continental style and super friendly and kind staff. Facility was otherwise clean.

The accommodations were fine. The staff was friendly. Breakfast entrees were not great (watery eggs, mystery hash), the tv was a pain to get going (it was too smart), and the AC unit had a mind of its own. But overall, it was a typical hotel. I liked having LVT floors instead of carpet.

We had never stayed at TRU by Hilton and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel and room were great. We loved ALL of the convenient places to recharge devices in the room. The wall space to hang coats, purses, etc., was much appreciated. We loved the vibe of the hotel. Staff was helpful and very kind. Great place to stay.

The clerk at the desk was very welcoming when we arrived. The next morning, all staff at the dining area and front desk were also very attentive to us. They immediately recognized when I was looking for something and helped to find it. Check out was very easy. Super clean and the food area was constantly monitored and well stocked! Great job by everyone!

Arrived late, everyone was kind but the noise level was outrageous. I rarely complain about this. All night long I could hear doors slamming. I could hear street noise and people in the parking lot...this is a small town not NYC. The walls are paper thin.

Didnt like noise from upper floor walking around. It was constant. No microwave. Very small refrigerator on the floor. Lady serving breakfast had a terrible cough with no face mask! Sorry but its the truth. Thats disgusting.. not worth $700 for 3 nights.
