The shower was disgusting. It was broken at some point and obviously patched together. The bathroom floor was dirty. No room service. And I was not told that parking was not included in my price and not told when I checked in that parking was $14/day. I was just given a parking pass and told to put it on my vehicle and park. Who charges for parking where a hotel isn't located in a big city with limited parking?

We asked for a room with handicap access & that didnt happen, then the room was small & the pool was tiny... i would never stay at that hotel again

My stay was great! The only problem i did have was the handicap accessible room that i had requested. They couldn’t accommodate my daughter.

it was a nice stay. no issues except our sink was clogging up and took a while to drain out. could be upgraded especially in the bathroom. other than that breakfast was good, bed was comfy, area was clean. will be returning again.

The hotel by the airshow had no noise that night or morning, the hotel appeared recently built or remodled, nice bathroom features, the beds seemed basic but comfortable, the breakfast included had a great selection that made for a great start to my day.

This place looks like a frat party has been going on since day one. The building didn"t look old it was just stained and smelly. As soon as I walked in it smelled like BO and feet. The front desk staff was dismissive but not rude. Towels must be a luxury or on short supply in California because they were super dtingy with them. Went to the front desk to ask for just one. They said they didn't have any at the moment but it would be delivered to the room. That towel never materialized. Im ashamed to say I had to borrow a towel from the pool area but felt better when I saw another guest doing the same. Why is parking extra? The building is on a shared lot with other businesses. There are signs specifying to which business but its not like parking is scarce. Its my opinion they charge because its near a military base and get associated clientele who probably get their expenses paid. I never had to worry about staying at a Hampton inn but ill start paying more attention now. Looks like HI is headed the way of Best Western plus. Used to be great but greed and penny pinching lead to its demise. I could go on but just know this place is below average.

They did not have rooms ready at check-in time. If you plan to stay here, keep in mind they do not have to check you in at 3 PM. They check you in per room availability anytime from 3:00 PM t0 12:00 PM.

Overall a great experience

Stay in for one day of a night and it was amazing. The parking was easy and the front desk greeted us with a good personality. They offer free coffee, tea and hot cocoa for convenience of our stay. Our designated rooms were clean, beautiful and comfortable. I was able to sleep well at night with no interruptions. In the next day, we were given a free breakfast as our complimentary stay and were greeted by the staff and other guests who stay at the hotel.

We had an amazing long weekend stay at the Hampton Inn at March Air Force Base! One of the highlights was using their grills for a delightful BBQ – they provided all the necessary grill equipment, making it so convenient and enjoyable. The breakfast each morning was delicious and a great start to our day. Every staff member we encountered was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area! There was one staff member in particular we did not catch his name however he made sure that we were OK on multiple occasions while using the grill and using the pool. He even turned on the pool heater for us

Horrible experience. Service was very poor, staff was not attentive at all. The place smelled like cigarettes, staff was never at the front desk, service request never got completed. For this to be a newer place I was extremely disappointed.

We’ve stayed at this hotel on three different occasions now and every single time the staff are extremely friendly and go above and beyond, especially the kitchen staff. They are friendly and make sure all our needs are met during breakfast. The common areas are very clean as well as the rooms. This has become our go-to hotel when visiting this area.
