One of the best decisions I've made was to stay at Paradero. This is one of the most unique hotels I've stayed at. I was intrigued by the photos and videos but they don't even do the place justice. The service was exceptional, everyone was so friendly and attentive. Beyond the location and amenities the food was so delicious! Will definitely be back as soon as I can.

Gorgeous hotel with truly incredible food and great experiences included in the stay. Top notch service with a special shoutout to Cesar for his warmth and hospitality during our cooking class and Omakase. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay as perfect and comfortable as possible
Downside is bathroom is quite smelly, they need to fix their systems. Also be sure to pre-book your paid experiences in advance

We came here for our honeymoon after getting married and spending the week at Nobu Los Cabos. Pretty high bar to start a trip, but they crushed it. Paradero was unlike anything I've ever experienced. From the architecture and the service, to the excursions and setting - we were blown away. The food and drink were second to none. We rarely eat in the same place twice, and we ended up eating three meals a day at the restaurant during our stay. It's rustic and in the middle of a very active working farm, so dont expect to be babied, but they definitely know how to pamper. Shout out to Diego, Hugo and Freddie specifically for being great hosts.

Really liked the setting and the connection and integration to the desert environment.

Absolutely beautiful property! Very tranquil and relaxing. The staff was so wonderful and accommodating to all our requests. The hotel is located in nature so if you are afraid of bugs beware but other than that I would definitely visit again. 10/10 recommend.

Pros: gorgeous architecture and property. The landscaping is unreal. Unique experience. Stunning pool/jacuzzi. Nice activities — definitely do the hike to las palmas beach.
Cons: incomprehensibly slow (and of course overpriced, but that’s normal for a resort style hotel) restaurant. We were continually shocked at the wait time and less than stellar service. No insulation in the rooms which was not a big deal, but we could heard some water pipes and some talking through the walls. Some of the lighting was perfect, but dimmers should be added in some places like the shower where the bright light is a vibe killer. They tell you that it’s a good idea to book activities in advance, but they didn’t say that the capacity is very small. The hike is only 8 people, which is of course nice, but yeah you have to plan your day next day in advance. We couldn’t get into yoga because it was full - looked like maybe 8-10 people? For a hotel that could have as many as 80+ guests, they should find a way to accommodate more people for some of these activities since there really isn’t much else to do (esp when the weather is bad). The hike was amazing, but we were disappointed that you cannot do any hiking without a guide and also cannot use the mountain bikes without going on the guided ride. The adjacent property is private so it totally makes sense, but there should be more autonomous activities that don’t require bookings.
Loved it but I recommend staying elsewhere for some of your trip

This is a very interesting place. The rooms are beautiful, large and extremely private.Food was exceptional, as well as, the drinks. It a place to go to and unplug, there aren't a lot of things to do on the property so rent a car and plan to explore. My only negative was the price of the room. I found it expensive, compared to what you get from other hotels in this price range.

This property really only cares if you are a guest who is an influencer. They care more about the image they portray on line vs how they care for their guests who actually stay there. Service was some of the worst Ive ever had, staff was very unfriendly which is a first for me anywhere Ive been in this region and most of Mexico. Extremely arrogant chef who made me feel bad and said I was “destroying” a particular dish because I asked for it to be gluten free. Simply tell me it cant be modified if it changes the dish too much, its that simple. Being Celiac and requiring a gluten free diet is NOT a choice. Ive been to Pujol where you trained chef and dont think you come close to Enriques skill, even if you did, no need to insult your guests because of a dietary requirement. Grow up

Impressive property with lush gardens and interesting architecture. The rooms give up some comfort in pursuit of style but the overall experience is great. Special mention to the restaurant and the included experiences which were both excellent.

Paradero was a great !from the minute you arrive , you know this will be an unforgettable experience.
The staff the grounds the food all amazing , low key super chilled place . Our room was certainly the most unique hotel we have ever stayed at . Sitting in the outdoor tub at night watching Nighthawks above and the silhouette of cactus against the night sky was something no other hotel could match .
We read other reviews regarding the bugs but that was a part of the experience of Paradero and it did not detract the wonderful experience of staying there . Side note
Visit Tado Santos and Cerritos beach when in the area will definitely be back !!

Mediocre at best, social media makes it look much better than what it really is…

Really unique and beautiful hotel. I like the concept generally of connecting to nature, and there are some great activities available that make it easy to experience the surrounding area. For such an expensive hotel however, they have what I would consider a VERY serious fly problem. If you order food at the pool for example, they warn you there will be a lot of flies and being a helicopter thing to help swat them away. When your food comes, it’s not a few flies. It is literally 100 (? Maybe more?) flies that swarm you. A thing of nightmares. I tried to eat as fast as I could but they were literally landing on my fork as it was going into my mouth. Needless to say that was my only time trying to eat at the pool. Dinner time (after dark) bugs didn’t seem to be a problem. The fly thing is a shame because the food is actually fantastic.... you just can’t eat it during daylight when the flies are around. I would definitely recommend they offer a few more things that a bigger hotel chain would offer, like sunscreen that lasts more than 1 day (they have 1 option available to buy for USD$25 and it is very small / only lasted 1 day. Particularly because the hotel is very remote and walking into town isn’t an option. Otherwise, it was a good experience. My favorite parts were the surfing lesson, the “beach set up” (take you to beach and provide what you need), and swimming in the pool (swam laps in the morning before the area filled up). And despite the flies, the food is awesome.
