Great location! This hotel was clean and staff was courteous. Walkable to great restaurants like Fosters...we went twice during our 3day stay.

Room was very bare bones. Nowhere to put your clothes. Even a couple hooks would have been nice. Room was cleaned every day and was spotless. Breakfast was nice with good hours

Well kept hotel in a good neighborhood. Grocery store next door. Parking was available in the garage every day. Breakfast was good. Easy to get to and from the highway if you are driving.

Everything was good, only the telephone at the room was without connection and they never solved it, and the breakfast needs to have variety of dishes cause all the days they serve the same

Our room was spacious and spotless. We were close to public transport and within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. We found that there were very limited TV channels in English, which is surprising considering the amount of international visitors to Europe.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Offenbach for 2 nights to catch flights in and out of Frankfurt. We were 2 adults and our 7 year old son. We loved our stay both times! The beds were clean and super comfortable. They had the pull out bed all ready and made for my child each time and he slept well in the pull out bed. The bathrooms were really nice and clean and I really couldn’t have asked for more on a basic hotel room. I gave 4/5 stars only because there was a yellow stain on the curtains. The hotel is 11 stops on the S9 from the Frankfurt Airport so very convenient. You don’t need to change trains and it’s only a 1 minute walk from Ledermuseum station to the hotel. Beside the hotel is a bakery and grocery store and the surrounding neighbourhood was safe and had lots of options for restaurants, cafes, banks and groceries. The best part of the hotel is the free breakfast! It was delicious and we really looked forward to it each time. This place is perfect - would definitely stay here again!

Only one elevator in use and hotel full with fair customers. Stairs not easy, since you end up at the street each time. Otherwise really nice hotel and everything worked well

Great staff, very helpful. Location is in easy walking distance to local restaurants and public transportation. Because of the hotel picked the same hotel in different city(Trier) and had the same great experience.

the same day of check-in we received info (by email) from hotel that they are overbooked and moved us to other place. we booked 3 double rooms (6 guys for business trip) with twin beds, in other place we slept in rooms with 1 bed and sofa... no excuse. very bad expeerience.

Staff is very nice at first meet at the front desk. He help us and my family to get the room. Breakfast is fantastic. I love the hotel and plan to stay next trip for sure.

Walls between rooms are so thin you can hear the phone vibrating in the next room, tvs, voices etc. Not good.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff

We had 15 days in this hotel and got surprise of $ 15 per day for parking even we used only over night. by booking and reservations was no info about it. Breakfast was good but everyday same, no variations, Staff Lady was rude when i came little late 5 minutes before they close she took food in front of me.
