Perfect location, small but very nice room. Would have given full stars, but had to deal with the communications mix-up that prevented me from receiving the necessary entry code. This was rectified quickly. Aside from this small issue, I greatly enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone.

Spacious room (Dalma) with what looks like recent upgrades to the bathroom. We didn’t see or hear any other guests while we were there over a weekend. Check-in information was provided by email which we hadn’t received.

Stayed here for four nights, lovely room with very beautiful and modern decor. The address on hotels here was wrong, but when we called they answered straight away and guided us two streets over. Location is very good, right in the middle of old town. The only thing I could fault was that the bed was very hard, and I suppose our personal preference would be a little softer bed. But overall very happy experience and can highly recommend!

The location is fantastic. Right in the heart of the old town. The room was great, very clean and had everything you need. My room faced an inner courtyard so was very quiet.

The location in the old town could not be beaten, loads of bars, restaurants and local shops. Having said that our room was so quiet so the soundproofing is brilliant. Check in was smooth and quick. Our room was well decorated, spacious and spotless, the bed was comfortable and linens a good quality. The only drawback for us was the open bathroom, although the toilet had a door the shower area only had a curtain. However this wouldn't prevent me from staying here again.

The AC unit is right over your head and makes a terrible vibrating sound every 20 minutes all night. There is also a weird banana/vanilla scent that seems to be piped through the vents.

The code I was given by the property did not work. No one answered the phone for hours, even the emergency number. I finally check in after she resets the code. Then I was locked out in the morning after running out for a quick coffee because the code didn’t work again! No one answering the phone. This system does not work, and is not safe.

The absolute best location to be at when in Bilbao!!! Everything is walking distance! Casco Viejo is beautiful and this hotel is in the middle of it! Very clean room! Highly recommend!!

Location and price

Great location.The room was interior, with one window with limited access to a narrow wet space between two buildings. There was dust more remarkable behind the towel warmer heater in the bathroom, which was gross. The furniture is basic, with a very uncomfortable chair, even for my child, who never complains about anything. The person at the desk was very welcoming and explained the city's main attractions. I apologize; I forgot her name. The location is perfect.

Great location for walking and exploring Bilbao!

We stayed for 3 nights and the property was spot on. Perfect location in the old town. Right in the heart of everything. Come and go as you please. Staff were generally there throughout the day if you need anything and easy to contact if any problems. Would recommend for people who love an explore and then back to the old town for some good food and drinks.

The pension is very well located in the old town. My room was small but very comfortable.

Great except for some strange noise in the room every certain time, a sort of a vibration. But overall it was 5 stars

The building was amazing and our room was very nice. Spacious and well equipped. It was in the old town so everything was on our doorstep.

We only had a one night stay here but it was perfect. Great location, easy to find and not far from a main car park, spotlessly clean and room size was fine for one nights stay. Guy on reception was friendly and welcoming !

The room was pleasant. The bathroom and shower were great. Even had a great tub in the room. The bed was comfortable. Centrally located. The only negative was the air conditioner did not cool the room at all. In fairness to the staff, we did not report it because it was late and we weren’t sure anyone would do anything about it. Otherwise it was a nice place.

This Pension is located in the middle of the old town, yet it is quiet. Everything is very modern in the room. There are many great options for breakfast within inutes

This property is a SCAM. First of all there is no one to asisst you in your check in process. They only have a person working from 12pm to 8pm. They give you a phone number to call in case of emergency but no one answers until 9am. Then they control you the air conditioner. On an enclosed room they put you heat. It a sauna. When I called to see why the a/c is not cooling they told me they control the temperature and if it was to hot just open the windows. Is impossible to sleep with the windows open because the property is in the middle of the town and you will suffer from the noise of the night life and the cleaning process in the morning. After that, I asked them to let me control the temperature of the room because it was to hot and we could not sleep and they told me there is no need to turn on the a/c because I could just open the windows. Lets be clear, they advertise the a/c as an amenitie on the webpage. After that I had to leave the property booked in another place so I could at least sleep and now they do not want to give a refund. I will not recomend this place at all. Worst service of all times.
