The hotel staff was exceptional and room spacious, I have nothing but great things to say. Also a great location for you to walk for food and a little shopping!

Luis and everyone else was really helpful and accommodating towards me and my fiances requests. Its a nice walkable area where if you rent a car except for driving to be no fun at times since its everyone going right when they see an opening and a bit of hetic driving. Overall the stay was nice and the views were amazing. The views looked good every where you could see from buildings, the water, trees, animals, and so on. They even give you suggestions on place to go as suggestions. As well they give you a spot to a parking garage where they give you a voucher to reduce cost if you are renting a car. - Sephiorth Rivera

The staff there were AMAZING. I cannot express how much i felt at home as they took care of us 24/7. The open bar made it the best thing ever compared to going out and spending tons of money on alcohol.

Best place ever

The staff at this property is absolutely top notch. They are friendly and courteous and a delight to interact with. Prompt response to all needs and knowledgeable about the area, they are probably one of the best hotel staffs I have ever met. The hotel is old, which I find delightful. It does, however, mean that you have to deal with things like no elevator, and a few minor plumbing issues (can’t flush paper) , not unusual to the area, and not a big deal at all. As I said, their housekeeping is top notch. The only issue we had was some of the other guests at the hotel enjoyed late night partying, and the sound travels very well through the beautiful old walls. Not the hotels fault at all. The area around the hotel is AMAZING. Within minutes walk there are wonderful food options, good shopping, and historical sites. The beach is a short Uber ride away. I highly recommend giving this hotel a try.

We absolutely loved it. It was a beautiful colonial building. Super clean. They had complimentary drinks beer, water and soda. And the staff was so caring and attentive to our needs. I will definitely go back. Would like to recognize all the staff for such incredible customer service A

The staff is mad cool, very attentive. As soon as you come through the door they always greet you with positive energy and a cold drink which by the way is FREE. Rum punch, beer, sparkling water or coffee. I would definitely stay there again, and they are very centrally located in the heart of Old San Juan.

Great location !

I highly recommend this hotel if you are going to old San Juan. The experience is unique. The staff will always make sure that you are enjoying your stay and will go out of the way to complete requests or accommodations. The only thing is if you are going in groups or big family do not expect your rooms to be next to another, as their policy they do not allow that. Other than that I loved it

I loved that this hotel had make up wipes and unlimited drinks, water, soda, tea. The host from the evening I stayed was absolutely incredible. He was beyond hospitable. I definite must stay.

Nice place

We had a great stay at this quaint hotel. No elevators were not a problem as the staff helped bring bags up and down. Lobby is nice, especially the complimentary drinks for guests. The only thing I would wish for are slippers.

Hospitality was second to none. Great hotel

The floor tiles are in poor conditions. Many stains and cracks. They look not well maintain. Talked to the property manager about it and they claimed that because is a historical place they can't make many changes to the building structure. It seems there was a long term water leak in front of the room and this damaged the flooring. In my personal opinion they need to polish the tiles.
