First night got woken up by loud traffic from highway at 6. Moved room, heard talking from the next room as if they were in the same room. Some dead bugs. Killed some others. Bathroom renovated but door full of rust. Will not stay again. Also no lobby as 2 hotels share one reception. One hotel you will have to cross the parking lot to get to the indoor pool.

The girls at the breakfast room do a great job, they keep the area clean and there is always food available for all the guests.

The toilet seat had feces on the underside rim. 2nd morning no hot food items were available. Not consumed, just not available. Breakfast was included with our room reservation. For the price I would stay at another hotel next time.

Was a great stay with updated modern rooms, nice balcony to sit on. Had a great indoor pool and gorgeous outdoor patio section for breakfast or hanging out. Quick and easy check in, great staff, easy parking

- doors did not close securely. Had to pull hard

For an hotel next to the highway with lots of outside parking space we should not have to pay for parking.
Pool was dirty with band-aids on the floor and energy drink cans on the floor also.
Bathroom was not clean and some repairs were not finished.

The breakfast that was included was terrible. Eggs were runny and sausages were under cooked. Coffee tasted like water.
We went to Dennys on our second day. It wasnt any better but the coffee was.
And i was really disappointed that you think it is appropriate to charge for parking when im renting a room from you and paying that money. I will be thinking twice about where to go when i come back to Kingston.

We liked our room, renovated, until we open the drapes the windows were filthy, the door to go outside also filthy, the screen was ripped, the area outside had not been swept in a long time. The door to our room would not close properly unless we really ´pushed hard on it. The breakfast was good the patio outside was very nice until you look under the table and saw all the dirt accumulated. We will not go to a comfort inn again.

The room was outdated. I had to pay for parking. The concierge advised me that they was a high break in rate in the area and to not leave anything in my car and make sure I locked it.

The rooms were comfortable for the night we stayed, and we very much enjoyed the use of the pool. The pool room was *very* hot and humid, which was agreeable for my mother (who is always cold), but less so for me. Luckily the water was the perfect temperature, so you didn't notice once in it.

Not easily assessable for walkers or wheel chairs, bathroom door was falling apart, curtains were off the tracks and no dresser to chest of drawers to put clothing.

We were up there for my daughters tournament. The safe were nice courteous, helpful and friendly. Loved the pool and the rooms!

The room was larger than most. Very nice room.
Unfortunately, the bed was not comfortable. It was comparable to sleeping in the floor. Both of us had back pain because of it.
However, the air conditioner was perfect.

Room was clean. But there were more hidden fees and taxes after we paid the cost for the room with fee's and taxes included. Had to pay for a parking fee at the Hotel; as well as other fees. Having to pay for a Parking fee is not right.
