The service at breakfast was hit and miss. On the first day my wife ordered eggs and after waiting well over 20 minutes she politely asked same waiter and he acted as if he didn’t know what she was talking about. The next time it was transformed service to very attentive
At 27 tapas the bar upstairs, same thing verrrryyyy ssssllloowwww service with hardly anyone there. Two days later with a huge crowd—-wow— like night and day.

This is one of the top hotels at lima. Our stay was very comfortable and convenient. They had 2 restaurants, one spa and one roof top bar and restaurant. They also had a cafe which serves breakfast and lunch options. I definitely recommend this hotel as they have so many different things to do and the service was amazing.

The room was absolutely beautiful, well maintained and very modern. The facilities such as Jim and the pool were absolutely beautiful. Zero complaints and actually really enjoyed staying there and enjoyed the gym and enjoyed going to the gym. The sushi restaurant in the hotel is absolutely top notch

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the service is impeccable. They even kept our luggage while we traveled onto another leg of our journey. The room was extremely spacious and comfortable. And I love the water bottle refill system in the hallway that saves from using plastic bottles. Brilliant. Our room was 1608 and it’s directly under the restaurant. We heard restaurant noises the entire night until breakfast was being served. Mainly tables and chairs being moved around. We slept with a white noise app, but we were disrupted all night by these sounds. Just a precaution if you stay in room 1608.

Loved this hotel. Great amenities and toiletries. You greeted with champagne on arrival. The customer service is top-tier. The location is great. They provide you with assistants at the beach where chairs and umbrellas are provided. I would definitely stay here again. My hotel room had a panoramic view of the beach. It was absolutely amazing. I was also given great quality flip flops which a Florida Girl loves and I’m still wearing. ❤️

Very disappointed to discover that our room had zero view but a concrete wall!! When asked if possible to change rooms we were told by staff that all of those type rooms had same zero view as at back of hotel. Hotels.com need to change photos of this room as 1st photo clearly shows a view from room window. We were told we could change rooms for an additional $100/night!!!! When we asked about free upgrade as Platinum members we never received a call back!

This was a very convenient location near the boardwalk. The rooftop bar had magnificent views, the sushi at Kimo was top notch, and the service was impeccable. Highly recommend.

I stayed 4 nights during my first time visit in Lima, and overall experience was excellent. The room was so clean and cozy, so I didn’t have any problems while sleeping. Especially, when I was checking out, a chaotic accident happened that my luggage was missing mixed with other group’s ones. Then the manager and other staffs tried to figure out the problem, and they helped my luggage transfer to the airport. I really appreciate the all the staff helping me out. Gracias!

This hotel is a real gem. Service is very good. Room was spacious, clean and modern. The restaurants are very good and the choices for breakfast first class. The rooftop bar also excellent. If by any chance I find myself back in Lima would stay here for sure.

The location was great and right next to the water with a beautiful view from our room and the rooftop bar. You can see the paragliders from the hotel. The staff was very nice and accommodating and upgraded our room since I am a VIP Expedia member. To top it off they gave us complimentary breakfast to-go since we had an early flight. Overall good experience. If you’re a light sleeper be aware of the DJ that plays at the rooftop bar if you’re on a higher floor. I am a hard sleeper though lol so we were fine.
