It’s ok for not that price

FROM CHECK-IN TO CHECK-OUT THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF WAS ON POINT VERY SMOOTH AND PLEASANT PROCESS GIVING PROPERTY INFORMATION PRECISELY AS IT SHOULD BE... DRISTI (SORRY FOR SPELLING) FRONT OFFICE WHO CHECKED ME IN 7th FEBRUARY 2024 PROVIDED THE WELCOME THAT SETS THE STANDARD OF SERVICE. MY WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN TRAVELING AROUND THE WORLD FOR BUSINESS AND PLEASURE FOR SOME TIME AND I MUST SAY THAT OUR DINING EXPERIENCE AT THE HYATT WAS SECOND TO NONE WHAT MAKES A GREAT DIFFERENCE THAT'S OVERLOOKED IN MY OPINION IS THE ATTENTION GIVING TO EVERY GUEST, SHANTU(CHEF) SULEB GENTLEMEN MAKING TEA AND OTHERS ALSO EVERY MORNING FROM DAY ONE THEY PROVIDED THAT ATTENTION AND PROFESSIONALISM TO ALL THE GUESTS "NO" FAVORITES YOU ALWAYS HAVE A MEMBER OF STAFF THAT IS DEDICATED, LIKES HIS JOB, GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF SERVICE TO PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE TO ALL "UJJML" IS THAT PERSON A PERSON THAT IS A GREAT ASSET TO THE HYATT TEAM AND SOMEONE THAT CAN BE UTILIZED FOR TRAINING OTHERS WHO COME AND JOIN THE COMPANY. THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR STAY VERY MEMORABLE AND WE ARE SURE TO COME BACK SOON.

Jus superb hotel no words for it

The hotel , the hotel staff and the service was incredible. I was impressed with the level of friendliness and the quality of service the staff provided. Ajay Singh , from housekeeping, Mritunjay from in room dining, Suhail and Himanshi, from the front desk were just star players. They made our stay a pleasant one. Me, my wife and daughter were truly blown away by the level of service the hotel staff had provided.. We had a great experience with our stay at this hotel and looking forward to come back again.

Nice clean modern place with windows allowing ample sunlight. Good breakfast / dinner options. Beautiful outdoor pool area.
