Beautifully designed boutique hotel with great rooms and close to everything in Palma! The staff (especially Alejandro) were so amazingly nice and helpful also! Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat next time we come to Palma

Very helpful and friendly staff, good setting right in the centre of Palma and a very clean hotel. However, the hotel is lacking attention to detail, especially for a 5 star hotel. The bottle of drinking water provided in the room was mouldy and the glasses provided were not clean, the fridge was not on in the room and duvets were not provided as standard (they had to be requested). Also, the restaurant was extremely expensive for a very small portion. We booked to have dinner on the terrace, and had an issue with a lot of wasps - the hotel then explained that they have a wasp problem on the terrace, which meant eating there was not very relaxing, and we'd have preferred to know this before booking a table on the terrace! We were also due to receive a complimentary bottle of wine, worth €20 , but were sadly unable to exchange this for a glass of sangria or a bottle of water, both of which cost considerably less.

Beautifully fitted out and clever design details. Rooms have all the amenities and nice touches. Well worth having at least one meal or trying some small dishes - consistently an interesting menu and superbly fresh tastes every time I’ve stayed there. Finally - it’s the team here that makes all the difference and why I keep coming back.

Beautiful property in the perfect location to walk around

Personnel was extremely kind and they assist you very well when something was needed... The weakest point was the breakfast. It is not buffet and the selection is very poor, you have few dishes that you can choose and they are not abundant. Also, it takes a lot of time for them to prepare them and the waiters look quite stressed... Other hotels in the area are the same price/cheaper and the breakfast is much better

Excellent staff Lift a problem as used by guests and service staff and therefore waiting for longer periods to use the lift.

Wonderful hotel and the location is truly the best. Rooms are comfortable and really good sizes. The staff is super nice. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Brilliant from start to finish. Efficient check in. Lovely room. Great view of the city from the roof terrace, but very quiet room, despite all the city life happening around.

Hands down one of the best boutique hotels we have stayed at. Service from every staff member superior! Everyone was the best! Can’t wait to go back. Felt so special and individualized service. Very personal and friendly.

We had a lovely one night stay before going on to Arta. The hotel is very comfortable and provided food and drink when we arrived at the hotel at 10 pm. It is in a great position for visiting the old town. Breakfast was lovely and set us up for our drive. We will definitely stay again

Awesome service and great overall hotel in a cool location

The friendlyness and good service was even better then what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The personel does also everything they can to make you have a royal stay. Also they help you find nice restaurants, excursions and beoutifull spots for sight seeing. The rooms are nor extremely big, but more then big enough, and very modern and tasfully with high quality finish. Breakfast is a la carte, everything you ask will be served. You cannot find a better location. It is in the middle of the "casco antiguo", at 3 min. Walking from the sea. I would definitaly come back!!

Charming small rooms beautifully decorated with color! Had a wonderful room with a balcony looking out on the boulevard. Great dinner at Borne 8. Lovely interesting breakfast-eggs Benedict with salmon. Exceptionally welcoming staff. Close to the cathedrale and the palace, highly recommended.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!!! The description of the hotel rooms at Nivia Born Boutique Hotel is extremely misleading! The walls are super thin so you can easily hear the neighbours talk. In addition, the hotel doesn't even provide proper duvets on the bed. They only have a top sheet used as the "duvet" so I inevitably froze throughout the night during my stay. The terrible bedding and thin walls caused me to get zero sleep. Further, wifi kept dropping at the hotel. To make things even worse, the staff and management (Annemette) are totally incompetent and useless. The check in process was extremely slow due to the aforementioned incompetence among their staff. All in all, the hotel is trash and I would strong advise against staying at this dumpster.

Nice new modern hotel centrally located in Palma. Staff was great and upgraded us upon arrival. Very walkable and in close proximity to many shops and restaurants.
