This is a superb hotel. Clean, pretty, with a very helpful staff. We would stay there again with pleasure!

Very nice hotel. Especially Amelie was the best hotel staff person I have ever met. She was professional, serviceminded, always a sunny happy smile, helpful in all kinds of way.

Comfortable but expensive compared with other similar hotels, particularly as breakfast was not included.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and good breakfast. The rooms are spacious and in good condition. Only negative was that we had no water in the toilet, reported it and it was fixed quickly. However the next morning the same story.

Very nice new hotel on outskirts of Reims. Staff great and room well appointed. Only downside was spiders webs on some outside seats. Will stay there again on overnight stopovers.

Great hotel in a superb position for the slopes. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub. The family room we stayed in was excellent with a large bed downstairs and 2 singles for the children on the mezzanine. My only negative would be €30 per night to park a car which was not freely accessible so needed to get staff to let you into the car park. All the staff we excellent.

I showed up at the end of a long drive, with my cat and they couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating. Staff were a lovely bunch and the suite was fantastic.

Have stayed twice before but will avoid in future. Second time we’ve arrived after a long day of travelling only to find 2 of the 3 food choices are not available leaving very limited food options and most of the local restaurants closed either permanently or temporarily even on a Saturday night. Also this time room had bare concrete wall (in half of it only?) with exposed hole in it - apparently this is the industrial look they are going for?! Then for good measure no shower gel left in the shower. Whole place has gone downhill. Having planned our journey to go especially to this hotel in the past we will avoid it in future especially as the price has now nearly doubled. Definitely not worth the €320 we paid for a room.

Great hotel. Just off the motorway and 13 minutes from the centre of town. Plenty of parking. Really nice and clean rooms. Good services at the hotel - pool, gym etc. nice bakery for breakfast beside the hotel.

Loved that the hotel had electric charging points. It would be nice if the hotel served dinner in the evenings or the snacks they provide till 10pm as sometimes customers arrive late and it's hard to find somewhere open for food. Otherwise excellent hotel, helpful staff and a lovely place to stay.

Lovely hotel

Good business hotel, stylish and pleasant. But not a kind of family friendly hotel especially with small kid.

The property was new and in excellent condition, it just lacked a restaurant although the bar snacks menu was ok ……it had a great location for local business and transit back to Germany and the UK .

The hotel iz terrible, the receptionists are rude, unqualified and the room were very dirty and it was terrible experience i wont recommend to anyone

Design of property very nice. Bar was an added feature. Good place to relax.

First impression was impressive, nice looking hotel entrance, then there was an issue with the booking and the staff were not very forthcoming to help sort it. It was sorted and off we went to the room, nicest room available and not cheap, but lacked any real wow and I dont think was worth it. There were stains in the carpets around the room and also large nail cuttings on the floor. We were told that they do not serve food but everytime that we walked passed there were people in the bar area eating meals ?!

Staff were extremely helpful, explaining the tram and recommended type of ticket to buy. Helpful for non French speaking visitors! Hotel really nice.

Good Hotel

Lovely and clean, I had a king bedroom and it was absolutely perfect. The breakfast is the best I have ever eaten, loads of choice. I would recommend most definitely.

Great stopover on the way to the Alps. Easy to find, easy to park, rooms are clean and service is great. Stopping over on my way back.

Stayed 3 nights on way back from South West France. Very comfortable. We stayed on 4th floor with a balcony. There is no restaurant but you can eat in the bar if needed. We ate in the bar on the Sunday - shared a platter which was large and reasonably priced plus a few glasses of Champagne. Service was also very good. We will happily come back next year.

New hotel very nice as a stop over. The breakfast was very good as well.
