Very clean, beautiful, and well-located hotel. It has old world charm but rooms are modern and kept incredibly clean. City centre is a short and easy 10 min walk.

The Hotel was excellent, newly renovated and large rooms, very clean. The personell is exceptional friendly, they liked our dog! Hotel is very good positioned to walk to the city or nearby Restaurant. The parking lot ist 18€ per day which is OK. I highly recommend the Hotel.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and spacious rooms. Front desk staff was very helpful and kind. My only complaint was the shower in 1 of the 2 rooms we reserved was extremely small and the door did not close properly so water went everywhere. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again without any hesitation

This was an amazing hotel! Friendly and professional staff, lovely breakfast, beautiful premises, and i liked getting to borrow slippers in the room. And it was a fair price for it all! I would definitely book this hotel again if i visit genova in the future!

The best property with the nicest staff who helped us out when we accidentally left our papers in the safe. Went back several days later and everything was perfect! Stayed again for another night. Amazing hotel, close to the train station, walkable distance to most of the attractions, sight seeing and restaurants in the city. Great big rooms. Lobby was spotless and smelled very good with the flowers at the entrance. The old elevator was a great feature of our stay as well. Best hotel of the 7 hotels we did on our 2 weeks vacation.

Everything is updated, clean, and super nice.

It was a superb all-around experience from the moment we walked in. We were greeted with a great welcome, and our very heavy luggage, which we lugged from the train station, was quickly taken away from us and stored until our room was ready. As a bonus, once our room was ready, it was taken up and neatly stored in our room ahead of our check-in. Our check-in process with Roger was thorough and professional. The property is beautiful. Not a single disappointment. The room and bath were spacious and well-appointed—such a fantastic touch with the complimentary mini-bar. We only spent a day as a layover on our journey to Florence. I wished we had more days. This property was more of a five-star and a masterclass on hospitality.

The room was pleasant, had a comfortable bed and nice amenities. I was disappointed that I didn't find any restaurants for dinner nearby. There is a cafe next door with a basic menu, which I dined at, but I was hoping for a special dinner with more choices and ambience. I would have given that extra star if there had been a restaurant in the hotel. They do offer a breakfast onsight, but I typically don't eat until 1400, so I didn't partake of it. I also found the lighting was too dim in the bathroom for good makeup application. The staff was courteous, efficient and helpful.
