Location- perfect. Very good breakfast. Verg good front office/concierge.
Since it is on a hip neighborhood with university students so, some nights can be loud.
The biggest problem is the smell of cigarettes/ smoke- 2 possibility: the coffeeshop downstairs- if you are on top of the smoking section of the cafe, you can smell the smoke in some of rooms ( or the guests smoke in some of the rooms even though it is not allowed)

The hotel is nice. Our room was spacious, clean and pleasant. The bathroom was also very clean.

The area around is lively and offers lots of choices for dining.

Staff were very helpful. Nice breakfast in the morning. Rooms are sleek, clean, shower, tv and a/c working well. Nearby a lot of shops and eateries. You can get a quiet room if you request.

When I saw the ratings I was impressed 9.2 but I would give probably 6 . The room was small and tight, their breakfast wasn’t very good with fewer items than a lot of hotels I’ve been in, even their parking lot that fits maybe 5 cars with a smelly trash container in front. Nothing like the pictures on their site.

If you are a non-smoker then this hotel is not for you. My room and the hallways constantly had smell of cigarettes.

The staff at " Bahçelievler Hotels "are the true gems of this establishment. Their commitment to excellence is evident in every interaction. From the friendly receptionists (Ekrem) who greeted us warmly upon arrival to the attentive housekeeping team (Emre )that ensured my room was always pristine, the level of service was outstanding,
recommend everyone.

Amazing hotel, and the staff are fantastic. Perfect in every way - great location in Bahçelievler, very clean, great rooms, the breakfast is delicious. But the staff is where it excels. For example, on my last night at around midnight, my bathroom sprung a pretty bad leak - reported it to reception and literally within 5 minutes I had been moved to a new room and I was in bed sound asleep again.
Will definitely be returning here when I go to Ankara again

The location of the hotel is great. The front desk was helpful and the breakfast was decent. The rooms; however, left a bit to be desired. The bathroom could have been cleaner and the beds didn't have blankets on them (just top sheets). Overall, it was ok place to stay for two nights.

Fabulous stay! Extremely comfortable beds, friendly staff, beautiful accommodations, bountiful breakfast buffet. Immaculately clean, quiet, and comfortably large room. Every staff member was friendly and anxious to serve us. They carried our luggage to our rooms, and everything was done with a smile. Highly recommend!

A wonderful hotel at the very center of a lively area, Bahçelievler offers excellent value for money. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offers an excellent selection of Turkish and international food.

Great hotel, beautiful, quiet and very clean. Hotel staff are polite and smiling. The highest levels of hygiene from the cleaning workers. A beautiful and romantic restaurant that serves delicious and varied meals. I enjoyed very much staying in this hotel. From now it will be my favorite hotel I have my visit to Ankara. This is the best hotel we went so far. Good location, very very clean. Hotel service was very good and the staffs are very helpful. Breakfast was very good. I think this is the one of the best hotel in Ankara. Hope to visit again.
