There were roaches! They sprayed chemicals in the room to kill them. But even more roaches came. They kept spraying, but the roaches kept coming. I asked if I could get another room, and was denied multiple times. Eventually I had to leave early because it just wasn't sanitary to stay there.

Meh. It was not awful but it was not great. View was of parking lot and I was on ground floor so lots of cars and people talking Room was clean but I do not like staying in hotels where transient population is also being accommodated. I understand some people are "between" living situations and many people need help with unfortunate life circumstances but dealing with children running up and down hallways and playing in parking lots and smokers hovering at every exit and entrance to the building was not pleasant.

This location was a high traffic area next to a major highway. Attached to the property was a small strip mall with shopping and gas. Conveniently located and inexpensive. Lots of families with children and pets. Sometimes noisy.

Mostly good. It is in Philadelphia. This entire city smells bad. So that is a negative if you have a sensitive noise. The hotel smells strong of cleaners. Again if you have a sensitive noise this is not good. the thermostat was turned way down when I got to the room. it was really cold in the room. I wanted to open the widow to let the cleaner smells out but people were smoking pot outside. That sucked. Over all though the place was what I needed. So that is the good the bad and the ugly.

Got into a car accident the night before my trip and they wouldnt even refund my money. Even paid extra for trip insurance. Criminal business practice.

i usually love this hotel. but i saw a few roaches, and ive never seen that before. was a little discomforting knowing i could bring that stuff home....

This place was well kept, clean and there was really great customer service but it was hood there is a lot of people that actually like here, which I find nothing really wrong with that it’s just, a lot of people that are more so impoverished and a lot of smokers they do not spoke inside from what I seen but there is a lot of the smell inside because of the lingering of the smell on the people going out side to smoke so it’s not a place I would rebook because it’s definitely not the vacation nice vibe type of place I was looking for

Although it’s billed as a hotel, people are living in the rooms. Felt really unsafe, lot of uncomfortable activities occurring on site.

there was no one at the front desk for at least 15 minutes we had to call the front desk numerous times before the person returned from cleaning rooms. Floors were sticky and the bed was really unstable. Laudry room was a mess and there were alot of people walking around in their pajamas all day. I guess they house alot of people

No shampoo or bodywash, one tiny soap, no coffee or cups, too old tv system, no streaming apps nothing, only regular free channels, bed was discomfort, everytime you get in or out it makes noise at the leggings. It was terrible stay in hotel ever in my experience

- Garbage bags piled up in stairwell not touched for days.
- Woken up at 1am by staff about a possible room mix up.
- No blanket on bed, just thin sheets. Two thin pillows

Good hotel fot traveling with dogs. Rooms were clean with towels and sheets but no blankets. This is a long stay hotel but we were only staying two nights.

Walked in and stood there at the front desk while the rep sat on FaceTime in the back hysterically laughing for almost 10 minutes before I banged on the shutters since they were half closed while people are checking in. No iron in the room. Room was decent. Nothing special. Not worth what we paid for sure. Average hotel with lousy staff.

My favorite place me my grand daughters love this place I live in Delaware kids in Philadelphia when I don’t want to take the long trip back this is our favorite spot. Chantel is our favorite receptionist
