Absolutely loved the service I was given even though I was only there for one night. As a solo traveler I felt very safe and welcome! A quiet neighborhood and right next to everything.

What a great stay. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The check in was quick and efficient. They offered us a welcome drink that we used on the second night. They also offered a nightly wine tasting and we also were greeted in the room with a small tray of goodies and a bottle of wine. The included breakfast was delicious. They offered a large buffet of items and a menu of included hot items from the kitchen. On the last day when we offer slept by several hours the front desk called to make sure we were ok and reassured us that it was no problem and even wanted to know if we had a flight to catch so they could help us. This will be our only place to stay while in Lisbon from now on!! Booking with hotels.com also got us a 50€ food and drink credit at the hotel

Fast check in. Great service. Nice welcome drink. Free nightly wine tasting. Delicious welcome snacks in room with free bottle of wine. The hotel is gorgeous. My new place to stay in Lisbon!!!

This is an amazing hotel with excellent staff. It is in a very noisy section of the city however, so if you need peace and quiet, this may not be the hotel for you. At least request not to have your room face the alleyway or the front of the hotel. Take the free wine class. Breakfast was amazing!

From start to finish, our stay at Palacio Ludovice was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, clean and we found staff to be extremely friendly and accommodating. It is also centrally located and close to many dining and shopping options. The room was also remarkably quiet, with shutters muting the foot traffic outside. We can’t wait to visit again!

Disappointed for a 5* hotel due to foul smell every time we ran the sink faucet. Party noise each night on side street very loud until 3am each night.

We had an amazing time at Ludovice Wine experience. The room was immaculate. All of the fine details; pillow firmness, refilled water and snacks every day in the room. Daily wine tastings with Brunna and Miguel. The location is ideal to explore Lisbon and most of the top areas to explore are within close distance including tram 28. The staff go above and beyond. We will definitely be back.

We loved everything about it...!
We had a wonderful stay at Palacio Ludovice. We especially liked the attention to the details in everything from the interior decoration, the history of the place, to the service level of all the employees.

Property was beautifully decorated and recently renovated. Room was large. Bed was very comfortable. Turn down service with treats was a bonus. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good.

We loved our stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We appreciated the welcome with port and wine tasting and enjoyed the bartender’s recommendations. The room was well appointed and clean. Easily walkable to shops and sites but in a more authentic feeling neighborhood (not overrun with tourist shops).

Honestly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Was a perfect location for me. Staff was world class. Can’t wait to go back. They even upgraded my room and wished me a happy birthday.

Absolutely stunning hotel in a great area but I do not think we were given the room that I paid for. I paid for a classic room which and from what I can see , I got a 'comfort' room, which was a lot smaller. I am sure of this because one of the three rooms I booked was the classic, and it was a good 75 sf bigger than mine. So that was disappointing and I plan on taking it up with hotels.com. Otherwise, the place is gorgeous and if I had gotten the rooms I booked, I'd be a very happy camper.

The hotel is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The location is very convenient as you can walk to many nice red and tourist areas. The staff is very helpful and ensures you have everything to make your stay enjoyable. My only issue was when I was trying to extend my stay as the reservation department took a long time to respond .

Some rooms, including ours, there are no elevators and you need to use lots of stairs. Also, they don’t have parking; you have to take your car to the next block hotel!

The property was excellent for a family. The rooms were very spacious. The views were amazing. The hotel was close to many shops and different food places. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel gave you water and desserts every night and they even took into account that my husband was vegan.
