Was a lovely hotel, very clean. Location food for going to Cambridge. Breakfast was good but can get busy.

We have stayed at this Holiday Inn twice now. A budget hotel but to a high standard. In particular the staff are both really friendly and helpful. Offered to change one of our two rooms booked so our party could be closer and on the same floor. Plenty of parking with good sized spaces, loads of hot water and generous breakfast. Located within an easy drive of Cambridge Park and Ride and also IWM Duxford. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit Cambridge.

Reception (Nikki) was very helpful and pleasant and friendly and informative. All staff were very good and gave excellent service in fact some of the best service I have had and I travel a lot with work! Friendly but couteous and respectful. Hotel was spotless, very tidy and room was very smart and comfortable. Breakfast great as was dinner and beer the night before and parking good including electric charge facility. Overall a lot of hotels could learn a lot from these guys, especially given the price point for hotel room and food and drink and it's location. Well done and many thanks.

All good room very modern and clean plenty of usb ports by the bed and on the main desk

Easy hassle free booking, check-in and check-out with helpful, polite and courteous staff. Room was spacious and very clean. Excellent choice of breakfast options well presented and well cooked. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Standard room. We know what we will get when we go to Holiday Inn Express and we like the consistency when we stay at these locations. The front desk was helpful and quick with our check in. The breakfast was very good offering many different items.

Very Accessible for City at distance.

I've stayed at many Holiday Inn Express hotels with my travels and I've stayed at this one a few times now and I have to say imo it sets the standard for the rest. Staff are friendly, happy and helpful, the property and rooms are modern, it has free easy parking and in a good area. Clearly a well managed site as some fall below this higher standard. One gripe might be food selection/quality but I get that this is a huge hotel chain and post covid still a difficulty to get good restaurant food in the UK at a reasonable price pitch.

Enjoyed a 2 night stay here. Modern, clean, comfortable airy rooms, huge bathroom in our king room, lobby and restaurant area. The breakfast was very good, cooked Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, tomato, beans and hash brown, white and brown thick bread for toast, croissants and muffins plus jams etc , frozen berries and yoghurt plus porridge and cereals are more than just adequate & no complaints being included in the room rate. Staff cheery and helpful. Needed a couple more towels and these were very quickly brought to the room. They offer toothbrush and minor toiletries, sewing kit etc on request, free of charge if you have forgotten to bring anything. Would stay here again as it has thought of all needs and is great value. Loved it.

It was easy to leave out things for the day before checkin. The rooms were easily accessible. The workers were helpful.

Great couple of nights stay, new hotel , very clean and excellent standard. Breakfast was very good, staff welcoming and friendly.Only one thing we found it odd that in a room for two people there was only one chair.

Very lovely stay apart from doirs being slammed in the corridors

Staff were prompt and friendly. We had issues with TV signal and the receptionist immediately came up to resolve the issues. The only issue we had was that the toilet bowl choked and we had to fix it. Didn’t bother the front desk as it was disgusting.

This is a really outstanding hotel of its type. It’s doesn’t pretend to be the Ritz but it does put every effort into being best in class. We were impressed with everything from the reception to the room finishes to the access. It makes being a good hotel look simple but very few hotels do it this well. Good value for money, just a 12 minute drive from central Cambridge where prices are astronomical.

Just what I needed for a one night stay whilst visiting family. I like Holiday Inn Express for these trips. You know what to expect, the rooms are clean, comfortable and have what you need. Check in was efficient and friendly.

An excellent place to stay over whilst visiting family. A short drive from Cambridge. Comfortable, clean and lovely staff. Only minus is, there is no food served in the evening but they do a good cooked breakfast which is included.

The room was large and comfortable.

Check in was quick and easy and even changing our room at our request to be away from the road noise. All areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean. Rooms comfortable with good size bed.

Felt new and cared for, bit more stylish than other Holiday Inns and way better than the one to the east of Cambridge. Close to excellent park and ride for central Cambridge (free parking, regular service, £3.50 return). So you may not be in the centre of the city but it’s really easy to get there from here
