Great staff. Attentive to your needs. Exo-friendly. We stayed 5 nights. Parking fee. Fee for 2 small dogs. Very safe location. A cute donut shop 2 doors down by Brand. It opens at 4 AM. Foxxyʼs cafe the opposite direction - yummy.

Very clean hotel. Comfortable. Would stay here again. Don't know if they really need the extra $10 for parking but everyone is charging these days. Foxy's restaurant a few buildings down was very good.

This hotel was a hidden surprise on my LA trip… The room was absolutely spotless And had been recently renovated. Very quiet at night, I didn’t hear a sound from traffic or the street. Instant hot water in the shower in the morning and plenty of parking in the parking lot. I actually Decided to stay one extra night in this hotel since it was so good and convenient for what I needed to do in LA. Minutes away from the zoo and just across the street from the mall with plenty of shopping options. I’m definitely going to stay here!

This place comes highly rated. I found it just okay. It is hard to find and drove by it a couple of times during my 4 night stay. It is convenient to freeways and Brand Ave with lots of restaurants etc. As for the rooms, they were clean, the pillows were terrible tho, super high and lumpy…two pillows too high…one pillow too low. :/ Rough sleep. Bath tub wouldn’t drain first night. They fixed it the next day. I felt it was expensive for what you get. Lots of room to room noise.
