I travel around the world and this was one of the best hotel staffs I have encountered. Response time was excellent and solutions were excellent.

We had a wonderful stay here. Jorge was super helpful and very responsive. The place was ready upon arrival and had more than we could ask for as far as in room accommodation. Location is good for getting around easily. Great food options close by.

First experience in PR , and this was the best introduction. Lovely and very up to date on technology. This is basically a smart hotel.

The room was perfect. Communication was amazing as well. 10 min from old San Juan and right in the middle of the music and arts district. Highly recommend!!

This place was very clean had a parking lot associated which was a BIG help. Complimentary water and soda whem we arrived. Was walking distance from food and close drive to everything we wanted to do. Only down side is you can hear everything outside. We stayed friday and Saturday night and was pretty quiet by 10pm. We are morning people so we wake up early but if youre not be prepared for rooster to wake you up. We would book here again.

Close to night life and good restaurants. Good place for 2 people!

Very cute boutique hotel and safe/secure. Very friendly staff. Super close to a place called Miramar food truck which had the best birria tacos 10/10 recommend. The only complaint was the neighborhood and the streets were dirty.

Incredibly nice and comfortable apartment that is nicely decorated and well appointed. Tons of room, large kitchen, and incredibly comfortable beds. Parking available across the street. Very good service with remote check-in and local recommendations and immediate responses. 20 minute walk to the beach and some really nice restaurants around. The neighborhood has some challenges but never felt unsafe. Explore the area and get immersed in the real San Juan culture. This place is an incredible value.

Nice place but area surrounding it was a little scary

The host was very nice and helpful; he even gave us an itinerary for our stay and gave us beach things (chairs, umbrella, beach towels). He addressed our issues quickly. I would recommend staying here!

This is an amazing upcoming luxury hotel. I will be visiting there Mexico, Rio Grande, and Soon to Be Florida hotels. New, clean, secure and great people. Thank you Julio for everything. Your service was the best. The pictures are exactly as they seem.

The place was very peaceful and convenient. The room was clean and tidy and Jeorge has been an excellent host. Always communicated and recommended localities for any need. Great hospitality.

In one word: excellence. Casa Ciana luxury suite was a perfect location and amount of space for our family of six. Place was clean, beds were comfortable, and lovely decor. Lovely stay and we will be back next time we visit San Juan! Highly recommend

Privacy and easy access

Great location. walked to many restaurants i wanted to visit. Check in was fantastic. Jorge called once i landed at the airport to find out if i needed help getting there. Everything was ready by the time i landed.

Overall, stay was okay. Didn’t have any electricity the first night we arrived and was greeted by a roach while taking a shower. My sister also almost slip and fell due to a leaking refrigerator. Wasn’t bad for a last minute booking but probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Just amazing! Everything you can imagine it to be. Surrounding areas are a little sketchy but everything else is perfect!

Had a great time

First, let me say that Jorge was truly amazing. He contacted me personally before, during and after our stay. He was so helpful and even provided us recommendations for places to eat and visit. If you want to mingle with the locals this is your place! It’s been beautifully updated and is in a very artistic part of town, with beautiful murals around every corner. We walked to dinner (in the dark, with 3 children) and to breakfast. Although there are some older parts of the neighborhood that are in disrepair, every person we met was polite and friendly. The suite itself was immaculate, comfortable and well decorated. The beds were super comfy and the furniture was beautiful. If you love excellent service, are looking for a place outside of the super touristy areas, or if you are trying to get a 3 bedroom for less than the cost of 2 hotel rooms, I highly recommend Casa Ciana. They did not disappoint!

Loved it and just what I needed! The place is super nice and clean. Beautifully decorated. The rooms were amazing. Definitely a place to stay. DoorDash and Uber were my go to and no issues finding the place. Very tranquil spot you can come rest after being out and about! The AC units worked great as well.
